TEE helped me with an impossible problem,but she managed to help me out and she was professional and polite. She went above and beyond my expectations and she even stayed on the phone with me and customer service several times as my issue was complicated with billing issues and travel passes. I highly recommend seeing her as she is knowledgeable and trustworthy and will do everything in her power to help you!

Terrible service. Stood in store for an hour and a half while two employees helped one customer. We were the only two in the store. Came in to get a screen protector replaced that I had bought a month prior. When they finally get around to helping me they proceeded to tell me that it is a warranty issue and I would need to contact the company. When purchased in at the other location I was told it would be no issue to get it replaced as they would have my receipt on file from the purchase. All fine that it is a warranty issue, if that’s what it truly is. Why did I have to wait an hour and a half to hear this news and why is another store, but still the same brand retailer telling me it’s a non issue and they will replace on the spot?
