If the old gentleman with the messed up teeth is at the counter come back another day I've never met someone so in love with their job at the post office he was so rude to me

One specific female clerk is extremely rude and nasty to customers. She's also very unprofessional. She'll provide you with wrong information or no information and then yell at you when you question after having problems. As a new resident with a new build (address wasn't in the system yet and still isn't, yet all my neighbors who closed at same time I did are in the system), I needed to change my add and put mail on hold until I closed and got a PObox up. PObox was coming from Amazon. I was told originally I could have 30 days hold; then when I went into p/u pkgs after being notified by Amazon they were being held there prior to closing and prior to new mailbox going up - that nasty clerk raised her voice at me and told me I could only have ten days hold (at this point, not even at the ten day mark). I got my mailbox up in the only location I was told to put it (I asked this clerk several times where to put the box exactly and she just stated figure it out) - not enough room and I lined it up with the usps pkg boxes near the cluster of other boxes. There is one other mailbox right next to where I put mine up. None of the boxes face the rd except mine and one other box, but they are not close to the rd. The carrier has to get out no matter due to the set back on all the boxes including the pkg boxes owned by usps, yet I was told I have to move my box to the rd (physically impossible due to drainage) and it's not within the height limits. Actually it is according to USPS mailbox policy. So really, this is just vindictive harassment because I questioned the nasty female clerk in front of the postmaster. I guess if they are going to make me move my box - they better make everyone else move theirs too or this becomes a form of harassment/discrimination. Post Office in general - disgusting. Filthy dirty inside and outside. Only other staff I've dealt with wasn't very customer oriented, but he didn't yell or treat you like dirt - kind of just did his thing. I've encountered rude Postal employees before, but this is the first office to actually go to such a degree to harass you, withhold your mail, and/or return it so you cannot retrieve it. Just downright appalling and they wonder why people pay bills on line; use UPS and FEDX more than them now. I would think they'd be more grateful to have a good paying job (paid by tax payers) and would treat their community patrons better. Most of my neighbors have switched to the Chino USPS so they don't have to deal with her.

This is the worst post office with the rudest employees ever. They have lost 2 of our pkgs. and even though they received it they claim they have no idea what happen to them. Absolute worst. Would've given 0 stars but can't

This is the dirtiest post office I have been to. The lady behind the counter is moody and not very friendly.

Yesterday and today the carrier put a slip in My mailbox saying could not deliver my packages because of muddy roads. My house is right pass the mailboxes my driveway is rocked. She comes in my driveway to turn around and goes out! That makes no sense. And each time I am in the driveway waving at the carrier. I am very upset!

A very good USPS, one of the best we have dealt with as customers. Service is excellent, always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery service is just as good. This little post office is better than any other we have dealt with (CA, WA). We are very grateful to have such great service from all their employees!

Poor costumer service! A $250 package was dropped off at the wrong home. USPS held no responsibility for their mistake. Luckily the home owner involved was honest and returned my package. Also false attempted delivery. . These ppl really need to get their ducks in a row !

My mom was just telling me how the lady was rude and threw a pen towards my mom on the counter. Her attitude has been poor every time my parents go to pick up our packages. My mom and dad are customers, paying and the employees seem to have a displaced disposition of authority.

Not the best or worst post office I've used. The staff are polite but not overly friendly. Also, they close for lunch, which is always seems to be when I end up going! LOL. Still, it's nice to have a PO in this small town than have to drive far for services.
