“I lived in these apartments for 3 years and never had any issues with the apartments. When we decided to move to a downstairs apartment the apartment manager and maintenance guy helped make that happen. Anything we needed they helped us. We never had any issues with bed bugs or anything. I would gladly rent an apartment from Center Ridge again and also refer my friends.”

“We lived at Green Valley Apts. for 7 years, from 2014-April 2022. The manager there was Michele. She was kind and capable, but sadly she passed away in 2021. The new manager is very pleasant and efficient. Our maintenance person, @Brandon, was the best! He was always quick to respond to work requests and did a great job. My only complaint was that we needed new flooring and carpeting. I am sure they were refreshed for the next tenant. We moved only because we purchased a house. I would recommend this complex to anyone needing decent, affordable housing in Payson.”
“I cannot say enough about Forest Hills. I have been here for over a year and ALL of the residents are friendly and very kind. Caroline does an amazing job and Joe is always keeping things clean and kept. Thank you for making this a wonderful place to live in an amazing setting.”
