They couldn't fix my car but they were able to tell me what's wrong. The only reason they couldn't fix it was because the part they needed they couldn't get an eta for it... it was looking like a lot of weeks. They were so friendly and helpful.

Had a bad ignition coil causing missing. Took it in and they said I needed a new transmission! Transmission was almost new. Took it to Payson tire and auto and said it was a fifty dollar coil.
I only go to Payson tire and auto now. Wouldn't take my bicycle to auto life support. Very shady. Also had a short in my wire harness. These guys cut my harness and ran a janky wire
That didn't do anything. Had Payson tire fix it correctly.

They left grease all over my door, put it back together wrong, and made my speaker stop working and charged me 250 dollars on top of that. Do not go here.

Only place in town that would offer to diagnose a problem I was having with my Lexus without an appointment days in advance. I wasn't sure if it was a Thermostat or Water Pump.8/19/2023Service: Auto water leak repair

Just ask Joe he knows.They won't do the work if it is not needed. So many times I've picked my vehicle up with no charge because it was a minor item or they didn't bill me because they stand behind their work. This is a good and honest place.

I went here a year ago in 2020 to get a window motor replaced in my van. Its broke again. They quoted me $180 and charged me $240. I wouldn't come back here ever. So disgusted with their work. I doubt the motor got replaced at all.

We were passing thorough Payson on our way to California when we discovered that our serpentine belt was fraying. We had just replaced the belt and tensioner four days before with a mechanic in Austin, TX. Well we found out that the belt was changed but the original tensioner from 2008 was repaired, but not replaced. The mechanic showed it to us.This shop was so nice to us. One of their mechanics ordered the part and had us back on the road by 1pm so we could keep to our scheduled reservations. We have had no more trouble with the truck all the way to California!I can't say enough good things about this shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance
