In Payson on business. We arrived at 2pm. The gentleman checked us in, upgraded our room, was kind courteous and helpful. Our room was ready and CLEAN. Pool and hottub were clean. Public restrooms clean. Lobby coffee hot! Thank you.

Clean rooms bed was hard but every time I have stayed at Payson this hotel has always been clean and service is amazing.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of food options in the area. Free parking was available. I would recommend this hotel in Payson.
