My battery died and I called Napa, I was quoted three different prices and a not very enthusiastic, maybe we can put it in. than I called O'Rallies and was not able to understand what the person said, that one was out. THEN someone suggested I call CarQuest and a very enthusiastic Will Saunders answered the phone and said yes to all my questions and within a half hour I had my new car battery in and was very happy. The service was wonderful, the treatment was very respectful and I went home a very happy customer. Thank You will

They cheerfully honored an Interstate Battery warranty that the seller (to me) Big-O reneged on. Carquest did not have the exact Interstate in stock so they gave me the next better Interstate.

this place always smells like an ashtray they don't even want to recycle used oil when I asked the employee was asked what he does with his own used oil he said he returned it to the container and threw it in the trash
