365 warranty means nothing to this dealership. Stopped for assistance with our brand new vehicle 2 hrs into a 25 hr trip and we're told to go back the valley for help.

Purchased a used vehicle through John German. He was very knowledgeable about both the used car industry and the vehicle we purchased. We felt no pressure to buy, and he was very accommodating as we moved from vehicle to vehicle. The only down side was the closing process which was typical dealer - time consuming. Not as length, with the pressure we would have experienced from a Phoenix area dealership, but still, plan on a few hours from entering the dealership to completion of sale.We are glad to have found a vehicle that will work for us in Payson so we could support a local business.

My car needed some service done and I heavily debated on going to the valley but figured this location would be perfect since it's in town. I had scheduled for a service on 5/17/23, I dropped it off a week early on the 10th and did not hear anything for approximately about 2 weeks just for an update. I had to call multiple times a day in attempt to reach someone and all I would get was a voicemail which still, no one would ever reach out. When I would finally get someone I was told "I'll call you back with an update" but of course would never get a call back. About a week or two ago we showed up and asked what was going on but they just blamed us that they couldn't get in contact with us but I never had a call or anything from their services. They told us we had to buy a new battery or they couldn't preform the services we needed, so I bought one and brought it right to them, we also told them they can text us since they "couldn't get in contact with us". Another week or so I get a message that the parts they were waiting on finally showed up, I was so excited that I was getting my car back soon.. or so I thought.. I had not heard anything, no update, nothing. last week Wednesday the 28th of June I texted the number asking for an update and I was told "Good morning. I will get an update for you here in a bit. I know we were waiting on parts the last I checked" I then responded "Okay! Thank you so much for your time, I received a message about 2 weeks or so that the parts were in so I want an update" it's been a week since that message and no response, still waiting on one. I will be going back in there to deal with this. It has been a total of 1 month and 3 weeks as of tomorrow. Even if it was time they needed, their communication really fucking sucks. If they would be communicative with their customers then maybe people would have more patience and respect.

Well I want to say I did a review 4 days ago on an issue with my truck I purchased 40 days ago. I was not happy with a 700.00 repair bill from the Chapman Ford dealer in Scottsdale. I drove back up to Payson with my receipt and was not happy and asked the Chapman in Payson what can they do to help on this repair. I spoke to The sales manager and he passed the information to the general manager. The next day the general manager was not happy on the labor the Ford dealer charged me and helped out with a refund for part of the labor. This Chapman Chevrolet dealer is a stand up group of individuals. Professional and understanding. So I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them hands down!!! The Chapman Ford dealer well that labor issue is another learning lesson, be aware on repairs from them. Thank You Chapman Chevrolet in Payson. Marty

This place is joke you take advantage of certain people. This was a bill that was paid after expressing that the car runs and after paying doing a test drive the car would not go over 5 mph absolutely disgusting what you did to my in laws this is what you charged them. Over charged bill your damn document makes absolutely no sense. You think you can take advantage of Mexican hard workers that pennies mean everything to them.

Second time I've been to this dealership with a Grand Cherokee with awful service, overpriced, and they do not perform the services documented and paid for. Can't wait to get all the way home and see what kind of mess is under my hood. I'd love to support our dealership locally, but not when this is the result. I have lived in Payson for 3.5 years and generally drive to the Valley for service at Bill Luke (5-star service!), but I didn't have time off to get down there on time for my oil change. So I thought I'd give Chapman a second chance since it's been about 2 years since using them for an oil change and standard low-mileage service. My Jeeps are always less than 30,000 miles at the 3 year mark and maintenance performed every 5k on time. Disappointed yet again, I will continue to drive 2 hours for my simple oil changes.
