Amazing experience! Our salesman, Wilson was friendly, helpful and honest. (Ask for him!) The sales process was simple and one of the best we've experienced. After purchase of our Grand Cherokee, we had to go in for service. The service was amazing. Everything fixed and looked great. They even washed the car and it looked fabulous. Couldn't ask for a better experience especially in our small town. A++!

Went to the express lane for service. Oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours (so much for express!) booked an appointment for 11am and the vehicle was completed at 1:30pm. The excuse was it was around lunches. If they couldn’t complete it before then, they had no business booking appointments at that time. Unacceptable!
