Riley and Jon in Sales helped against all odds to find the right vehicle and they never gave up! Got the right car and in a few hours, drove it home!! Highly recommend these 2 for any kind of auto sales!

Jeep broke down after some off-roading. Had to leave it here on a Sunday for abs module failure. Monday the techs were able to diagnose immediately. I normally do my own repairs, but the jeep was not safe to drive back to phx. Techs left detailed notes. Chantelle the service advisor was a pleasure to work with. 10/10 would recommend service here. They even washed all the mud off my jeep.

Had a slight mixup here with my Father in Laws truck. But the service manager and team took care of the situation promptly and fixed it all at their expense! This is a good place go if you want honesty:)

365 warranty means nothing to this dealership. Stopped for assistance with our brand new vehicle 2 hrs into a 25 hr trip and we're told to go back the valley for help.

Purchased a used vehicle through John German. He was very knowledgeable about both the used car industry and the vehicle we purchased. We felt no pressure to buy, and he was very accommodating as we moved from vehicle to vehicle. The only down side was the closing process which was typical dealer - time consuming. Not as length, with the pressure we would have experienced from a Phoenix area dealership, but still, plan on a few hours from entering the dealership to completion of sale.We are glad to have found a vehicle that will work for us in Payson so we could support a local business.

My car needed some service done and I heavily debated on going to the valley but figured this location would be perfect since it's in town. I had scheduled for a service on 5/17/23, I dropped it off a week early on the 10th and did not hear anything for approximately about 2 weeks just for an update. I had to call multiple times a day in attempt to reach someone and all I would get was a voicemail which still, no one would ever reach out. When I would finally get someone I was told "I'll call you back with an update" but of course would never get a call back. About a week or two ago we showed up and asked what was going on but they just blamed us that they couldn't get in contact with us but I never had a call or anything from their services. They told us we had to buy a new battery or they couldn't preform the services we needed, so I bought one and brought it right to them, we also told them they can text us since they "couldn't get in contact with us". Another week or so I get a message that the parts they were waiting on finally showed up, I was so excited that I was getting my car back soon.. or so I thought.. I had not heard anything, no update, nothing. last week Wednesday the 28th of June I texted the number asking for an update and I was told "Good morning. I will get an update for you here in a bit. I know we were waiting on parts the last I checked" I then responded "Okay! Thank you so much for your time, I received a message about 2 weeks or so that the parts were in so I want an update" it's been a week since that message and no response, still waiting on one. I will be going back in there to deal with this. It has been a total of 1 month and 3 weeks as of tomorrow. Even if it was time they needed, their communication really fucking sucks. If they would be communicative with their customers then maybe people would have more patience and respect.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from John German this week. I thoroughly appreciated John ‘s low pressure sales strategy. He was very helpful before and after the sale showing me everything I had questions about. I felt like he was very honest about everything we talked about regarding the transaction.

On 12/5/2022 I purchased a used 2015 cruze diesel. They said the car was checked out and a oil leak was fixed. Shortly after purchased (1 week) the thermostat went out which I fixed. Then I noticed the oil leak was not fixed. Now 01/07/2023 2 months later it's in the shop. All cylinders are 100 to 120 psi under pressure and they said engine failure. I put all my savings into buying this car from a reputable dealer and now I am screwed. Also the shop said the fuel lines had been messed with and clamped together with a brass fitting and not professionally. This should have been caught when it went through Chapman's shop.

We recently purchased a slightly used Cadillac CT5 from Chapman/Payson. We were actually looking for a x-over when we spotted the CT5. After talking to a salesman (Wilson Rodgers) and reconsidering our choices we came back for a test drive. Before making a decision, we went back to Phoenix to test drive our other choices. In the end, we negotiated a price and purchased the car. During the process Wilson seemed more concerned that this car was what we wanted and that we would be happy with it, than just trying to make another sale. So far, we are satisfied with the transaction and extremely pleased with the car. I'm a car guy, so I don't make recommendations on what or where to buy, but this has been the best dealership I've ever delt with. Thanks again Wilson.Al and Cindy
