I called ahead and they had a trailer tire that would fit. They set it aside for me and I picked it up a half hour later they were really good and easy to work with.

This location is always clean and organized, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Not sure what more you could ask for (besides HF bringing back their 20% off coupon permanently...).

Awesome customer service this store was amazing! They greet you, they help you, they even load the stuff you buy for you. Amazing I’ll be making the drive from snowflake to this store over show low from now on. Show low harbor freight the assistant manager and her employees are horrible rude and shouldn’t work retail the store manager and market manager doesn’t even care to reach out after calling corporate.
I also gave a kudos to payson on that corporate call

Felt very uncomfortable so left immediately lady working register was a lil rude and watched me from the min I stepped foot in the store I'm traveling and need to buy some things for my vehicle but didn't even feel comfortable to stay to buy things so I left immediately poor service I will never stop here again and I will tell my fellow friend travelers also to not stop here!

I love me some Harbor Freight time...wish I had $$ to buy so much more... I would have a good rock tumbler and rock saw!! But for now I just dream!!! Love this store!!!

Well I'm not spending any more money in this store. Sold me a previously returned welder that broke in 2 days then bullied me when I tried to exchange it saying I'm subject to a restocking fee and aggressively pressuring me to get a protection plan. The manager is really rude. I don't know why you would treat someone like that but I'll be sure to order online so I can avoid people like your staff.
