Would give it 0 stars if i could they entered my last name, my address, and my direct deposit wrong then when i called to complain they said it was the irs fault not theirs but after arguing i told them I’ve never had a problem before so they took a look and what do you know it was H&R Block who messed up, they said they’d fix it and give me a refund (which i haven’t received yet) but i got a email 4 days later saying my direct deposit didn’t work again even though they “fixed it” what a joke waste of time when i could have probably done a better job myself, once i get my refund from H&R Block I’ll bring the stars up to a 3 only because they admitted their fault and offered me a refund.

I have had my taxes completed by H&R Block for many years and in many different locations across America. Every office is professional and has my best interest when filing. The Payson office was outstanding with making an earlier appointment for me and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend H&R Block!
