The owners really are amazing and sweet. And they take very good care of them the appearance and more. One thing that stood out to me is I’ve had my storage there going on two years clothes and all. We planned to go through our storage recently I was really not looking forward to it. I was just thinking man idk what we’re ganna find in our belongings im ganna be scared to walk in there stick my hand in bags and all. Anyways we did and I did not find one spider or spider web nothing that creeped me out lol it was very clean. I was comfortable going through my things! Did see one spider.

If your in payson and need a storage unit with a heart, then JOT STORAGE is your place. The owner is a man of his word. Honest and your personal treasures will be safe. It’s clean and easy access . I highly recommend them.

This is the best place in town.Phil the owner is a great guy and cares about his customers.I have had many good talks with him. I wasn't able to get a payment on time cause I have been moving around and he knows that I am always on time. So he called me to make sure I was ok. Yes it was to get rent $ but it was more so out of concern cause he knows I'm never this late. It is also the most reasonably priced place to store things. Thanks Phil!!!
