It was my first time at this location.
The foot bath felt very slimy and the service was just ok. Everyone working there talk loudly with each other. It didn’t feel very relaxing and the work was just ok.

This was my second visit, and I went despite not having the best 1st visit, hoping it was just a one off type of situation.
I got a gel French manicure. It was clear that the person doing my nails wasn’t super skilled at doing French manicure as she had to go over them a few times to get them done. That would have been fine except I have some that are considerably thicker than others and the coloring is not smooth. My right thumb is way short and a different shape than the rest because she had me cure the polish before cleaning it up so she was filing and pulling the polish off using the cuticle clippers. I got my nails done yesterday and some are already chipping. At this point, I will not be going back, I did not have a good experience either time I went.

Really expensive and not very good work, massage not good very fast pedicures. My nails broke loose I even lost one before my fill. I was definitely disappointed because I had taken my stepmom for pedicure.

it was an OK experience. i just wanted some nail art but it was rushed and didn’t turn out too great.

The customer service was kinda weird, I was just told to sit in a numbered chair and I waited for about 15 minutes. The nails turned out okay, some very slight things off on the lines and a little crooked if you look closely but overall just very slightly below average. Cost about $60 which I would also say is about average. Probably won't come back, but some of the other ladies there talked like they loved it so maybe I just had a poor experience.

I paid for a massage pedi for extra money. I can only afford to go once a month and I need to go since i can no longer do it myself.
The girl started me and handed me over to a guy who was not paying attention to what he was doing, was yelling yes yelling to others in the salon. The supposed massage was barely there just sliding lotion ony shins which is less than i can do myself I could not relax for m very expensive pedi $70!!! I do not recomend this place if ou get stuck with this loudmouth
who is probably not licensed. It was the absolute worst pedi i have ever had in 74 years!

Monica and Dawn did an amazing job on my friends and I nails. Absolutely amazing in every way. Something else they are the cutest couple and sit side by side doing nails 😫❤️.

New to town and was looking for a new nail salon so tried this location. I had a pedicure and won't be going back. Several of the reviews said it felt like a production/assembly line and they were right. I went in at 9am, was directed to a chair based on the number posted on it, no one introduced themselves so I had to ask. I began with a man who was rough on my feet and spent no time asking questions. I had to volunteer about an ingrown toe nail issue I have and the tenderness that it causes. He removed the polish, put some scrub on my legs, quickly did a 'massage' and then told me to wait for the woman next to us to finish the job. She left the person she was working on, came over to me, barely cut the nails, barely cleaned the cuticles and immediately put on polish. She left me sitting there with no further communication and so I sat for 15 minutes. I decided that the polish had dried, removed my own toe separators, put on my own sandals and then stood at the front counter while they yelled for someone to come and take my money.
Not very friendly, no communication, no thank you, no invite to come back - just not pleasant. I was completely done in less than 30 minutes and it was not relaxing which is what I've experienced at the salon I left in the valley.

Have gone to this salon twice now. Both times I was a walk in. The people there welcomed me and got me in a chair in just a couple of minutes. After talking with my tech, I decided on a very thin acrylic layer to protect my nails, but would still be natural looking. My nails look great, and the pricing is reasonable. I recommend trying them.

If I could give them a zero minus 0 star I would. Two times I went and they overcharged me. They screwed up my nails and made them all different shapes. The head gal and number one station told me to come back for a free fill the next time I came in. They ended up charging me another $45. Poor poor service. They sit there and talk about you in front of your face in their language very unprofessional I would reconsider going somewhere else if I were you.. I will never go back.

Up until less than 6 mos ago they were working without a license! I reported them for the mold at the bottom of the orange scrub used for pedicures, reusing tools, not washing hands using the same towel to wipe down every pedicure chair. The Cosmetology Board didn't even know they'd been operating since they came to Payson!

It wasn’t even busy… yet it felt like I was on somebody’s production line. Rush, rush, rush.
Not personalized.
They do what they want not what you ask. Tried to tell me what color I should have.
Requested a certain filing of the nails she just filed my longest down into a different shape.
Would never go here again. I’d rather go to the college..
Gave her a $10 tip anyway…
