About Payson Event Center
Payson Event Center is an excellent venue for Rodeo and other outdoor events like fairs. The staff and volunteers have been kind and helpful every time. Fans had some fun watching, good food, conversation with locals, and the Old Time Fiddlers contest run very professional. The city of Payson did an excellent job putting on special events. The rodeo is always a great event, though the ticket system can be messy and the price is pretty pricey for a single night. Traffic and light could use police help. Gila County fair is friggin awesome with good rides, great entertainment, and a lobster truck.
