I go to many Goodwill stores in the valley and this one is by far superior than all of those stores. It is clean and organized and I always find deals. I never leave empty handed!

It's Goodwill. Over priced. All the items you think you want are on their website. Nearly all stores are taking Amazon returns which Amazon could not sell.

A lot of out of style clothing and some clothes with store tags still on them. First time in a Goodwill in over fifty years. Not a fan! Very weird group of people!

Prices have gotten outrageous. My husband was looking at a receiver that cannot be tested, so just purchase and hope for the best. But $149.00? And thrown on the shelf and dusty, so you can tell no one has touched it in a while. Crazy. We walked out without buying anything. Just put a damper on our entire trip.

We quit going to good will. There prices went way up and I don't think the CEO needs to make 7 million a year. Share the wealth that's the whole reason. It also seems like they sell stores like franchises.

Prices are high I get the whole inflation thing but I can buy the same items new at Walmart ect why pay the same price for used items

This Goodwill is always clean, neat, and organized and the staff always seem happy, friendly, welcoming, and kind. I have found many treasures there! I love that so many people receive job/career assistance from them every year. Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he hears for a lifetime. I love Goodwill!
I know some people complain about prices of things that were donated, but that is the point; to make a profit to help others and keep organization going. They have bills and employees to pay. Some folks don't like the bag charge but it is only ten cents! I like that they are charging because those plastic bags cause so many problems and people use them like they're nothing. If you go shopping, bring a bag with you. Easy. And, I saw a review saying they were charging more than the item costs new at the original store...well, don't buy it there, then. Easy.
Thank you, Goodwill, for helping the community in a wise way, helping people get to work so they can take care of themselves.

Asked 2 employees if they accept returns and both said yes within 7 days. They both failed to tell me it’s in store credit only. I’m from California and I’m shocked to see the prices are just as bad. Sadly have to go back to spend my store credit.
