Post Offices in Payson, AZ

“There doesn't seem to be a lot of positive reviews for the Payson post office. We also waited 3 weeks for our mail box to be re-keyed and to get the keys. We received our mail for a day or two, then the carrier changed the name of our box and we began receiving someone else's mail, and none of ours. I lost a package yet tracking shows it was delivered to my mail box. I think mail theft is a felony. I digress. Long story short, the retail counter gentleman was not willing to help at all. Not his job description. But ask to speak to the Post Master or site Manager. He took care of the situation right away and said he would follow up by the end of today. I'm hoping for the best. I don't know why Payson USPS struggles so much. Maybe they need more help (staff). There are good folks there doing their best to help. Just get to the right person as the counter folks are there to sell stamps.”
