So we have stopped here several times while we have traveled. The restrooms always need attention, there are never any cashiers and the lines are always long. This time when we stopped we decided to get a sandwich and Gina D was so extremely rude to us, if she hates her job that much she really should retire.

Associates are helpful and went out of her way to help which is not seen in these days. However, the restroom is old and inundated and filthy. Would probably feel sick if I have to see how third world American grocery stores have become. Really sad.

The bathrooms at this Safeway were absolutely filthy! Disgustingly filthy! The floor looks as if it hasn't been mopped in months. Health risk. If they aren't keeping the restrooms clean, chances are pretty good that it's not the best place to purchase the food that you plan to ingest.

Mislead again - big yellow price tag under boxes of beer showed $13.97 and must buy 2. Only two boxes left, picked it up under impression that was the price. Checked receipt, was charged $18.99, came back to dispute the price only to find out $13.97 was for differen brand of beer. That brand was not even near the price tag. Needless to say, infuriating. The customer service said check the tag more carefully. Duh, place the tag correctly.
Obviously I was not the only one mislead. The beer boxes above the tag were gone, wonder how many bought it thinking the price was what the yellow tag showed. Wrote this for others to be aware, price of beer may not what is shown on yellow tag, read the tag carefully, make sure buying the brand specified on the tag.

Went to Payson Chevron to wash my truck today, specifically because I had vomit on the door. Paid $16 for a "Premium" wash, went threw and alas vomit still on the truck. Then I proceeded to use the vacuumes, half of them were broke, I had to wait 5 minutes to use one, I was ushered by some fellow on a golf cart to "quit blocking traffic" when I went in to speak with a supervisor she said " I can't give you your money back, I can send you threw again for free." Highly irritated I just wasted $16, I could have got that quality at home with my own vacuume cleaner and a hose, will not be back again. Thank you

I was a member of Safecl/Vons for almost 20 yrs and today first time in my life I had super horrible and unacceptable experience. We stopped by at their gas station to fill 2 our Penske trucks. Then we decided to go inside of their store to use restroom and buy some groceries. We had 2 kids with us. The guy who work at their gas station came to us and started yelling and screaming so loud at us in front of my daughter and complaining why we blocked his pumps. When I asked him why he is yelling at us he raised his voice is much louder by yelling that he needs space for his customers. I told him that we are his customers as well. Excuse me, we just spent lots of money to buy gas there and lots of money to buy groceries inside. Then he yelled again and said: GET OUT FROM HERE. What a horrible customer service. Why management is allowing their employees to act with their clients like this? When I asked that person what was his name, he said Joe, but I saw different name on his name tag. This place doesn't deserve even 0 stars. My daughter was shocked and scared when this employee was screaming and yelling at us.

I went into the bakery to order my 4yo daughter's birthday cake. She wanted a peppa pig "muddy puddles" cake. The baker informed me that they didn't have any peppa pig figurines but offered if u had some that they could make it. I ordered the figurines and came in to make my order, and let me tell you it came out GREAT! So happy with the customer service and product! This will be my go to in Payson for these things from now on!

Employees are great but, the prices keep going up, up, up. Most of the time, digital coupons don't go through and, I get sick and tired of having to get reimbursed.

I have been a customer at this store for over 12 years. I came in after work to fill up my freezer with beef. It was not even 6 PM and the meat department had cleaner on their back counters and would not/could not cut meat. I left with only a few dollars in berries and went to the competing chain across the street. Customer service at this store has taken a nose dive.

CUSTOMER SERVICE..THEY ARE NOT TRAINED FOR IT...I COMPLAINED AND HEATHER POINTED TO THE DOORS AND SAID "SEE THOSE DOORS...HIT IT." My complaint is too long to put here but I am writing it to your heaD office.......however must say in fairness to your employees....it is a poor MANAGEMENT DECISION to only order specials so they run out at noon...AS YOUR CHALLENGE BUTTER SPECIAL.....the butter was gone by noon Friday Saturday and Sunday with NO REFILLS....HEATHER said they can
