I’ve used this pharmacy all my life but they are just not the same anymore. Went to urgent care for my baby because his cough was so bad and wheezing, got a script for him to help him breathe so we could sleep but Safeway was out of it and they’ve been out of it for 4 days. No phone calls or follow ups or offers to transfer to other pharmacy in town.

Please hire more people to accommodate your business level. Techs and pharmacists are nice and working diligently but there is ALWAYS a ridiculous wait. Started my timer upon getting in line to when it was my turn. 37 minutes! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the cashiers do a fantastic job dealing with pissed off customers who have waited in line SO LONG. a second issue is the BS excuses when you ask about delayed prescriptions. I get a regular prescription for my pet. On more than one occasion I have been told his prescriptions were delayed due to insurance reasons.... BS!!! My dog doesn't have insurance!On a more serious note, I now have taken on picking up prescriptions for a neighbor who is dealing with cancer. He is unable to physically wait in line for 30 or more minutes. FIX THE UNREASONABLE WAIT TIME!!!

Refuses to transfers new prescriptions to different pharmacy. Pharmacists immediately gets rude and hangs up on you when you are trying to explain information. She is very arrogant. She’s causes more work for other pharmacies to get medications filled due to her not willing to listen to anyone.

So my regular local pharmacy was out of this medication I needed I called another and after being promised that they had the medication on stock they didn't do my last ditch effort was to call Safeway and they had it Johnathan was very understanding to my situation and helped me get this medication before close .thank you for all your efforts it is appreciated.

I will never understand the bad reviews. I've been here through 3 pharmacists, all were wonderful. Kelly is my favorite though, she takes such good care of us.As a single mom with many young kids, I tend to be forgetful and overwhelmed and sometimes that carries over into my med refills. They ALWAYS accommodate me and work as fast as they can, even if it was completely my fault.Family friendly, they build relationships with their customers and Nancy specifically is a total treasure.I've seen these people being abused by grouchy customers and they handle it all patiently and with exceptional customer service. They make me happy to visit the pharmacy.

Safeway gouges so hard. Any script I bring them they try to charge $250+ for. It's sad and ridiculous. $275 for like $9 worth of meds otc at Walmart. So then my insurance rejects it cause they dont want to get gouged and scammed by safeway either. Giant waste of time every time I attempt to use safeway. Mail order pharmacies have to be cheaper

COMPLETELY RUDE PHARMACIST! THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE GIVEN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GIVING OUT MEDICATION!!!
