“We rented a truck one way to move out of Payson and back to the valley. They opened on time. Jeff looked over the truck and so did I. We went over the rental agreement to make sure everything was right. They had run out of printer ink; he apologized and sent the contract to my e-mail. He also gave me phone numbers to call for any issues and returning it. Jeff put a sticker on every ding and mar. Then he helped me set up the mirrors and seat. The truck had new tires on it and acccelerated well even on hills. I had no trouble returning it before the time it was and right in my neighborhood. The 10 gallons of gas that I had put in it to cover the 90 some miles I drove left it with just over the tank as it was filled when I rented it. This was the best experience I have ever had with renting a U-Haul!”
