Went in with a phone issue we couldn’t solve. Not only did Jenny quickly solve the issue we discussed our whole account got some great insight on cool new things with Verizon. In the past we always purchased online but with Jenny’s awesome customer service and amazing personality we will purchase in store with her from now on.

Jenny was amazing!!! We conduct 90% of our business from our phones (we are a tow company) I needed an upgrade to my phone as well as my husband. If you know the process can be a pain. Jenny was AMAZING, not only did she take care of us but also had several others that walked in. We never felt forgotten, she continued to work on our upgrades and helped the others. She was very professional and friendly. When she spoke to us about the upgrades there was no "sales talk" it was honest helpful information. She was direct and did not waste our time trying to up sale us.

I was stuck in Payson recently as I was driving to the valley when my phone decided to stop working so I stopped at this location. I must say the employee there named Chloe was extremely helpful and professional and took care of my problem right away. I called the store to ask if they could help me and, of course, Jenny invited me to come in. On 2 occasions, she helped me with pleasure. When I walked through the door, Jenny greeted me with a smile and asked what she could do for me, even though she was with another customer. When it was my turn, Jenny proved to be most friendly, smart and experienced. And when she was done working with me, she invited me to come back anytime I needed further assistance. Jenny is obviously the glue that holds that store together and I’m pleased to have her as my contact. Thank you Jenny for your superb customer service.

Went to get a new phone service today and Jenny helped me get everything transfered over to my new phone very fast while even helping other customers.
