I am so thankful for our WalMart Super-center in Payson. Special thanks for JOHNNY who has helped load cases of heavy water into my vehicle multiple times. He is pleasant and always has refused a tip. Most often the other employees are helpful and generally knowledgeable of items throughout the store. My only gripe is it seems there are not enough handicap parking spaces even though their parking lot is huge. With that said, Payson WalMart Supercenter is a Godsend to our beautiful mountain town. Thank you.

I came in today with my family and we went to the toy section. This worker name Betty was watching me and my siblings just because my brothers were with the toys and I asked her what her problem was? She tells me I can't bring my siblings to the toy section because they shouldn't touch the toys. Ok, I understand they can't be playing with them but we were gonna see if we can get them but instead we didn't because of how rude and disrespectful she was towards me and my siblings. Just because we are Mexican she's gonna watch us but I literally saw two kids playing with the toys and she didn't tell them anything because they were white. Since, we are Mexican oh we have to be watched by security too?

Employee Jacob, told us we could price match a phone if we came in with same day pickup so we went back in the morning to find it out they didn’t even have to right phone to price match. We wasted our time thinking we’d get a decent little discount but they couldn’t even give us the $20 off. Electronics section was just a joke. I work retail similar to Walmarts procedures and I have to say. The employees were lazy and incompetent. None of them knew there section and seemed untrained. Tanner was the only one nice enough to actually help us. Also don’t shop there produce you will find either bugs or mold. Fair warning. Just go to Safeway

Been here a little over a month now and tonight is where I want to be heard. Yes, I understand that this town is prominently white people yet I've noticed there are a smaller population of different ethnicities around town. What I don't understand is why this Walmart is not culturally diverse. There's a tiny little section on an aisle that Asian has to share with two items that are Caucasian made to be Indian food. Absolutely. Not much more. There is a smaller section of Mexican food. Then I would find down in the valley on any aisle. And that's about it for any kind of culturally diverse food. I couldn't even find a bunch of collard greens in the produce section . Is this your way of saying that it's a white town and no one else is welcome?
