The kindest most friendly people ever. They are a great business. They communicate well and listen when you speak. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in or out of the area. I know my stuff is safe there when I'm not.

Highly, highly recommend them. This is my first time using a storage unit and I cannot express enough how friendly the team at 75th is. They have a very nice facility as well with big clean units and very competitive pricing. You can’t go wrong here.

Very clean and well maintained facility. The paperwork was easy, the cost is competitive, and the staff are friendly and kind; they even offered me a tour of the facility and showed me my unit to ensure it was to my liking.

Great company and prices! Just moved into their new A/C units and the building was very clean. They also have nice carts to haul your things in with. Give them a call for your storage needs!

Great storage unit facility. Helped me and my family move in and out stress-free and wallet friendly. We had an air conditioned 10x15 for only 96 bucks a month. Yall missing out these people are fantastic. Tell em Cameron sent you ?

I would recommend this storage in a heartbeat. I had the lowest cost of rental versus those other guys who wanted to keep raising the price. I jumped ship to go with 75 Avenue. Now THAT was Smart to leave CubeSmart. I should've been with these new guys the entire time. What a waste of money, but at least now I can say that I found the perfect unit. The climate controlled ones are BRAND NEW. I felt secure & confident renting there. They're so easy to work with too. Nothing difficult about being here. Good location, too.

It was so easy to move my stuff in and out of 75th Ave. Clean and bright new temp-controlled building. They provide these great large time-saving 4-wheel moving carts. They have a truck they'll let you borrow for free first-time local moves with dolly and only for pay for gas! Very affordable with high security. Couldn't find a nicer team to work with: manager, Leslie and asst. manager Sandy. Super nice and professional. Convenient and safe location. They'll take care of you. Highly recommended.

This is the dirtiest storage place I have ever seen! I rented a climate controlled INDOOR unit. I chose climate controlled because I wanted to protect my furniture. I placed my items in there in 2021 and just went back today and opened the unit and everything in my unit was covered with 2 inches of dirt! It wasn't just slightly dusty....it was dirty and disgusting. I would never recommend this place unless you are storing things you do not care about.

Needed a storage to clean out some rarely used items while we put our house up for sale. Storage unit and property were very clean and showed good upkeep. The staff was very friendly and found me the best available unit to use. Did not want one on an east or west wall. Check out when done was even faster. Thank you very much for your fine facility and service. Should I need storage again, I will be back.

Had a great experience getting my storage unit setup, great customer service and really helpful front desk staff. They allowed us to tour the unit and even drove us to the unit on the golf cart. We really appreciate how nice and secure the new building is. Recommend!
