I have been shopping here consistently for over 3 years, I spend a lot of money here at this location, the bathrooms have been closed for over 2 months now, this new kid manager seems to be more concerned about someone stealing a donated item then the well being if his customers whom BTW also donate the items being sold. These bathrooms need to be reopened or we will shop at other Goodwill locations, which I did today, the Grand Ave location is clean & both restrooms are open! The staff are very friendly also.

The manager is racist and she doesn’t like kids. The prices are like new things. She has a terrible attitude with the customers all the time.

I bought an item that was paid for and tagged with my name on it..The cashier Cindy held it for me behind her register..I told her I would be back to pick it up because my car was being repaired..In the meantime, I ran into an emergency..Called to let them know that I would be there to pick it up..An employee told me it was there and I told her I would be there to pick it up before they closed..I arrived and discovered it was gone..I was told they took it back and put it on the shelf for resale..Terrible Customer Service..Disrespectful and Rude Treatment..Never in my 65yrs have I ever been treated so poorly..I thought Goodwill had better Customer Service than that?

Bathrooms have signs on them and say they don't work.. I talked to the manager on Duty and he says that they're broken and the landlord and Goodwill are indispute on getting them repaired and the sewer backs up they have to go next door. aAfter seeing several employees go in there use the restroom wash their hands. You can hear the toilets flush.. I went into the men's restroom and everything actually works toilets flush sinks are great so they're just lazy.. Just lazy!!!! And the manager on duty is a liar... Very poor customer service.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A PLACE THAT HAS MERCHANDISE DONATED TO THEM AND TURN AROUND TO MARK UP THE PRICES TO ALMOST NAME BRAND $$$. GW USE TO BE THE PLACE TO GET GOOD USED THINGS AT REASONABLE PRICE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. REALLY? THEY WOULD STILL MAKE PLENTY PROFITS WITHOUT CHARGING DEPARTMENT STORE PRICES. THAT'S RIDICULOUS. WE SHOULD START A BOYCOTT ON GW AND START DONATING TO SAVERS OR HOMELESS SHELTERS, REHABS, SHELTERS. WHO'S WITH ME????

Never had any issues with the staff. They have been friendly to me. My issue is with pricing. Seems someone in corporate doesn’t like their job. Pricing same as eBay and Amazon on 2nd hand goods is a bad idea. Primary person’s shopping at goodwill are resellers, removing them from the store is a large mistake. There is little incentive for someone to go to the goodwill to possibly find what they need when they can just order it new from Amazon or used from eBay. The picture of the item posted with this review had the exact same price on eBay. No reseller in their right mind would waste their time on this. Goodwill gets items for free. Not to say they shouldn’t make money, they should but competing with eBay is a big mistake.

Can we boycott goodwill? I think they have forgotten about the people who shop here because they are in need. Just shop at ross, tjmaxx, or Marshall's better deals for new items!!!

I’ve read other reviews about the Manager, Lucy being so rude. If Sarah, the current manager is her replacement, they need to bring Lucy back. Sarah is the most unfriendly and rude person I’ve ever come across in a retail position. She is not only rude to customers, I heard her speaking very stern and loud (yelling) and using profanity to this young female Employee. I don’t care what the employee did, being reprimanded on the sales floor in front of customers and other employees is NEVER acceptable. I would never allow my kids to work in that environment. Even when you don’t have to talk to Sarah, you can see her nasty attitude all over her face. There is such a different atmosphere when you're lucky enough to go when Sarah is not there. And lastly, make sure you are checked out by the time the store closes or you'll get an unfriendly reminder of the hours and/or get “the look” from Sarah!

I went there on Friday and had the worst experience ever. First the stocker was loading DVD and Bluejays. I went to "look" and she gives my friend and I attitude, telling us not to touch anything on the cart. She then goes back to talking to a customer about personal things while I must wait till she's done unloading her cart. Then I noticed that they are charging 6.97 per blu-ray. Last week they were 2.97. The other stores are 2.97. You get these items for free, yet you throw inflation prices at us for items you got donated to you. Items my family and I donate. Savers and desert industries are now getting my business.

So I am baffled by a lot of the Goodwills and how they price their items. You are getting your stuff FOR FREE! I have a few pairs of these exact shoes, one I just bought the other day, brand new, at the Nike store. Brand new, they were $29.99. I go into this Goodwill and am excited to see a pair as I wear them to work so I’m okay with them not being in perfect condition. To my dismay, these USED shoes were $34.99. MORE THAN THEY ARE BRAND NEW! I’ve seen this at other Goodwills as well and it’s literally insane. I can’t believe some of the prices they hike their donated items up to. It’s an issue all over and needs to be addressed.
