I keep getting a call from this place even though I have never done business with them. Apparently, I have the same name as the person they are looking for, so their automated consumer database pulled my number instead of the person they are trying to reach. I was told previously that they would remove me from their call list but that clearly hasn't happened because I received another call from them yesterday.
The associate I spoke to also claimed they were calling me because I won a free TV (in a desperate attempt to get me to admit that I am the person they are trying to get a hold of). They gave me the person's DOB and I told them it still isn't me.
Be very careful renting anything from these people. They definitely have some shady business practices and they might even call the wrong person multiple times (like they did to me) and reveal some of your personal information (such as full name and DOB).
Edit: to the owner that clearly didn't comprehend my review, I have never done business with ANY of your locations. I do not have an account with you guys. Please actually read before responding.

I walked in the front door, walked around the whole store looking at the furniture, and walked out again without ever being greeted, and likely without anyone even knowing I was in the store. When I opened the door, I heard a bell go off notifying staff that someone had entered the store.
There was also a random bike sitting out on the floor and furniture and appliances in various stages of unpacking out where customers view what is available to buy. The store didn't do a good job presenting their limited selection.
I won't be going back to this location.

I get annoyed dealing with some of the team members at this store because, where is the customer service?. There’s a guy that works in accounting, I don’t bother remembering his name, but he sounds stuck up when you call and will not bother to offer any service but says, i will have an associate call you back when they’re available. Like ok? You really can’t get up and ask a quick question if something is available? I remember being in the store & seeing him literally inches away from the reps. He wants to sound like he’s the boss but there’s actually a store manager. The store manager is nice, good customer service and will work with you. However, the 2 people aside from the store manager that I’ve spoken to, pick & choose who they want to be nice to. The other lady with the glasses & tattoos. So rude. It’s so annoying because this is the closest store to us & I don’t want to drive further out. The less time I have to deal with these guys the better and that’s why I just use the online portal. Maybe someone needs to speak to the guy that’s always answering the phone to at least put some effort in assisting the caller instead of making them wait for a call to answer a simple question.

I was my products will be delivered today between 4 and 7 and I got off work to meet up with them and no one showed up. Ron told me he would dropped it off on his way out I been waiting for a hour for him to show up. No call or no show. Yesterday they was supposed to dropped it off and nothing. I’m willing to pick it up. There no communication they at least could’ve called me and told me they wasn’t gonna make it tonight

Literally just got off the phone with Jessica 5 star customer service 5 star attitude 5 star patience 5 star energy 20 stars all around…
Very understanding and helpful which is key to getting returning customers which she has managed to do. I advise whoever to talk to Jessica if you do so happen to stop by this store tell her you read Tokunbo’s review and had to get the experience yourself. Thanx a million Jessica.

Nick came over and installed a samsung smart washer and he installed it in a Timely and efficient manner. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants to lease appliances.

I was told my item was out for delivery and it would be delivered between 4-7 pm . I can understand if they are busy and are unable to fulfill the order , however I called at 6:30 to ensure this was still being delivered and they assured me that it was running late and should be there between 7-8 . Nothing I didn’t receive my item and I received no communication about if it was going to have to be rescheduled . I have used Aaron’s before and I have never been disappointed by their services until now . I am calling first thing this morning to ensure there will be follow up . Please do better .

I rented a fireplace/TV stand. The fireplace stopped working. Talked to numerous store managers about getting it repaired or replaced. All they say is that "It's almost paid of so we don't want it back and if you don't want it to go to collections then we need a payment." I'm not making anymore payments till they either fix it or replace it since it stopped working months ago and they've been notified multiple times.

Don’t rent anything. Unless extreme emergency like washer or fridge. Anything else can wait. Till you can buy outright. These type of places will charge you triple and the items are basic and cheap. This location has very unfriendly sales staff

My husband was very ill and needed a recliner with a lift system as soon as possible.Juan, the store manager, expedited the delivery of the chair. Other furniture places said we had to wait 7 to 14 days. We received this chair in 3 days.A week later my husband passed away and Aaron's is picking up the chair at no additional charge. They waived the monthly fee and scheduled an immediate pick up.Thank you Aaron's for all of your help.Holly Brown

We rented a washer and dryer from this location and everything was fine until they came to pick it back up due to us moving, first we called and made an appointment and they never showed up so I called and we arranged another day they were supposed to come at 4pm , the workers didn’t show up until around 5:30-6 pm shortly before the store closed , the workers spilled basically the entire washer water on the floor and carpet and didn’t tell us. We were busy packing and getting ready to move so we didn’t see the spilled water until a hour or two later by that time the store was closed. The water was leaking thru the ceiling into the downstairs , soaked our carpet and damaged the wall downstairs. I called the next day and he said he would have a manager call me back .. never did. So next day we call again and speak to the manager , he says nothing he can do because in the fine print of their policy it says you must call the same day if they damage property… so they refused to help us and were rude. So we are left owing our landlord money for the damage and absolutely no help from Aaron’s. I would give 0 stars if possible ???
