Excellent customer service! Staff gives a genuine greeting, always friendly, and always asks each customer if they need help. Store is very clean and organized. MUCH better than the big box stores. Shopping the small mom-and-pop retailers does SO much more for our community.

Great little store ..Clean & organized !!!!They have a nice selection of cooking woods (Apple, Peach, Pecan, Maple, Hickory, Oak and Mesquite) for us guys that BBQ without extension cords, gas bottles or pellets. ?A great selection of hardware too!!And a nice little selection of ammo and mags.. !!!! (So great to see hardware stores carrying ammo like they use too) and the prices seemed good!!!!I will keep coming to the store and recommending it to other!.

Forgive me for my lack of brevity, but I've got a few instances that I need to get out and it may be a bit lengthy. I typically don't write reviews on any establishments, regardless of how terrible the service is, but this particular establishment, Ruggerio's Ace Hardware has inspired me in a way none other has!I've never left this store feeling happy or at a minimum, "content". The floor staff is hideously incompetent! in fact, I do believe that the only thing they care about is getting off of work on time as they remind you every 30 seconds what time they close if you, god forbid; end up going in there anywhere near their closing time... cause ya know, f*** sales and especially f*** customers!I understand that theft has gotten wildly out of control and many stores are falling victim. However, at the end of the day, thats not my; nor any other customer's burden! It is still bad practice to make your customers feel like second rate citizens, right? I am consistently followed and watched as i go up and down the aisles and its not very subtle!the other day, I went into the store, I purchased my items and as i left & walked through the parking lot to get onto my motorcycle and leave, I noticed a few individuals following me. it was a chunky blonde lady, probably mid 40's, stringy hair, unkempt & fully loaded with attitude. behind her, like; far behind her was another male employee, but he did not say a word. I suppose he was there to ensure his hefty colleague's safety. this bodyguard was not what you would call a physically imposing man, by any stretch."Hefty blonde" tells me that she's been watching me on the cameras recently, which i found A bit odd... why the-hyper focus on me? I mean, these people certainly know who I am as I frequent their store often. there are a few things they must know right off the bat, I've never stolen a single thing from there and i spend a lot of money. Much more than I ever intend. I'm not sure what qualities they're looking for in a customer, but shopping's not one.she tells me I "linger in the store", "always return items", "always put back items at the register" and for them reasons, i am trespassed from her store. she follows by telling me that she's taken pictures of my motorcycle for some odd reason, to which she did not explain. I'm not a fan of this!now, do i "linger in the store"? well, short answer; yeah. its weird that this needs explaining, but here we are. every time I'm in there for specific items, i remember other thing i need or will simply browse this may seem like a foreign concept, but its called "shopping"! its a crazy side effect of owning a retail store. people come and shop. A by-product of shopping, the longer I browse, the more money I spend. Do we not like money?Do l " always return my items"? NO! Ive literally never returned a single thing to this store. I did try to do an exchange one time, but the cashier told me that because last 4 of the card number on the receipt didn't match the last 4 on my card, they couldn't do it. now, i used apple pay for this particular purchase and for those who aren't aware, apple changes these numbers on the receipt for security reasons. if you don't know this information, then you probably shouldn't offer apple pay as an option. all i wanted was an exchange for equal price! its not complicated, but for the folks over there at Ruggerios Ace Hardware ,it couldn't be harder! however, i just said "ok, fine" and left. thats my one experience with returning/exchanging at this place. lastly, do i always put back items? Well, yeah! i have a habit of assessing my cart while at the register and through either deductive reasoning or remorse, i decide not to purchase whichever items i don't really need and tell the cashier "I've changed my mind on these items" and proceed with my checkout. now, i can see how this may be annoy

I'm so glad this store is here! They actually help you solve problems. I went in last week with an issue that required a creative solution. Lee worked with me and came up with a working solution. Thank you SO MUCH Lee!!! You really provided excellent customer service. That's why I keep going back.

Usually a review is positive or negative. This is a bit of both. I had an awful experience that was tempered by an obvious desire of the staff to make it right. I ordered window screens back in June and didn't get what I ordered until August. Anything possible that could go wrong... did go wrong. It ended up delaying the closing of a house I was trying to sell; costing me and my buyers time and stress. But for every issue that popped up (either caused by a store employee or the manufacturer they use), they owned it all and did what they could to make it right. Positive experience? No. But in the end, I was made whole, and I walked away with the feeling that they cared. I'm certain procedures will be reviewed and lessons learned. Will I shop there again? Yes, absolutely.

Terrible Ace. I needed help finding something and not one employee asked me if I needed help and several employees had walked right past me, looked at me and continued walking. They weren't busy and even had someone just standing at the front of the store doing nothing!

Great store. They have so many home improvement items. Random household items you never knew you needed. The people working here treat you very nice and will help you in any way they can. Super clean place. Garden items. Construction items. Decorations. And so many things I cannot name them all.

Stop going to the big box stores. You want real help and great advice, go to Ace, as it is the place! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful .

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Quick service even while there were several customers that needed help. I needed a very small part and was surprised that they had it in stock. Very satisfied.
