I go in and purchase a 28 dollar pack of fuses . 20 minutes later I return because it's the wrong fuse. The arrogant tall dude with glasses right as I walk appears irritated . I ask him about the fuse and he hesitates then walks pulls the fuses walls away. I feel the tension from him , so o ask do you even want to help me? He responds by grabbing the fuse that he knows I need and decides not to sell to me because I had an attitude with him. As a veteran and public servant that young is rude, arrogant and appeared to hate his job. I will never walk into another advanced auto parts again. And I will tell my customer service issues with them. I asked for a refund and he points to the no refund policy and says there the refund policy and pulls the fuse I needed and refuses to sell it to me . For a new company on the area that needed that dude just gave you a bad name!!! He needs to be fired because it won't be the first time or the last!!!'

Pricing is no better than auto zone , got charged 23 dollars for a paint touch up pen .

Amazing customer service! So happy I stopped in, the older gentleman who works there (Clark is his name), helped me immediately. I was driving on the I-10 East in the HOV lane when the threads of a semi was thrown into the front of my vehicle. It destroyed the driver side, curling up the hood, busting all of my headlight bulbs, cracking the front grill, and ripping at the bumper. It then got stuck under my driver side tire, almost causing me to spin out. I made it out ok, but definitely needed some new headlight bulbs. I only expected him to find bulbs for my car and send me on my way, but he went outside, looked at the damage to my car and immediately got to work. He started taking the headlight out, and got to work putting a new light bulb in. He gave me some recommendations for mechanics in the area for any other damages. I am so incredibly pleased with how helpful Clark was, and I will definitely be going back!

The store is relatively new, as such it is clean and very easy to navigate. I have worked with Ty on 2 occasions. Both times he was courteous and polite. Listened to what I needed, and made sure I had the correct parts. The only "issue" is that the store won't prove match its online price. Seems like an inconvenience to the customer and does slow the process some however, this is a company policy and not the individual store.

Like most auto parts stores not enough employees to help customers or they're hiding in the back (yeah we can hear you and you hear us) and leave only one person to help.

This is my very first time going to an Advance Auto Parts store. I usually frequent AutoZone. Went to the store to purchase brake cleaner. They had the CRC Brakleen on sale for the price of 2 for $10. I purchased two cans and they rang up 9.99 each. I told the clerk, and he went to check the sign as a waited and confirmed I had the correct one. Another clerk came over. He went back to check to verify price and came back and told me it was correct. They got the manager and he went to check and confirmed it was correct. Note, I'm still waiting. The manager goes back AGAIN and check a second time. He tells me that it's for the smaller cans that were not on the shelf. Manager stated that he would take off $10. They ended up taking off $8. Advance would not honor the price. AutoZone certainly would have honored the price. This is the first and last time I go to Advance.

Thank you so much Luna! I walked in and she was able to help me find and air filter I’ve been needing to change. I have been putting it off for sometime because I am not all that knowledgeable. However when I can in she welcomed me and walked me through it all! We will for sure be telling our friends to come!

I was having AC issues and a lady named Diane came outside when it was 150° outside just kidding but that's what it seemed like and my engine was hot and she helped me fix my problem got my AC going nice and cold especially for my kids and a hot car was not good and she totally save the Day it's not everyday you see good workers like that you guys should make sure you keep her she was really generous and went above and beyond to help us thank you s*** I had a photo

The guy Fernando that works commercial really knows how to help me. He's ALWAYS so helpful, friendly and sweet. When I need to buy parts I always make sure I talk to him he knows his parts, prices and anything else you may need. Don't talk to anyone else ONLY talk to Fernando!!
