This was my first time ever getting extensions and the experience was wonderful. A'diana at the desk was incredibly helpful when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to get done and my lash tech laurel was amazing. From what I could understand she was still relatively new to doing lashes, but she did an amazing job and had me out of there with a great looking set of exactly what I asked for.

I came in to get my lashes done and the work was fine. The problem came afterwards when I wanted to cancel my membership. They refused to cancel my membership even after I cancelled it twice. Now I have roughly $700 in unused service credits and they refuse to give me my money back. It's beyond ridiculous, unethical, and fraudulent.

Please save your money and save your lashes!! This place is ridiculous after completely destroying my lashes I had told them I was pretty upset with the service, found out the person that did my lashes was new and still learning. Why are you letting people who aren't trained enough touch anyone's eyes? When I told them I was done and not redoing my lashes no one had the courtesy to tell me you need to call to cancel your membership and then we still won't for 30 days so they charged me $90 month after month and I proved I hadn't been there in two months so had no services and asked for a refund they said "we don't give refunds" so what kind of fraudulent services are you operating? Now I'm paying for your lack of trained employees on two occasions now? This is horrible especially in the economy we are in. I could understand if used services in those months there would not be a refund even if I was dissatisfied with those services that's fine, but this? Horrible business please don't give them your money to ruin your lashes and operate something that only takes advantage of people wanting to better their appearance and giving you false hope. I can't post this without a star so I'm saying it now- ZERO STARS

Madison, a master stylist, did my classic, full set lash extensions. I wasn't sure what to expect or how I would like them, but I decided to give it a try. I originally wanted hybrids and volume but Madison said I have so many lathers that just doing a classic look would get me the look I'm wanting. She was completely right! I am so so happy with my lashes! I decided to get the membership with a master stylist so I'll be going back in 2 weeks for my fill. I recommend Amazing Lash for your lash extensions! Mine took under 2 hours and they look amazing!

If I could give this place is zero I would check your bank statements I was charged over $1300 unauthorized in the last year and they refused to give me any other credits back
