We were very impressed with the explanations, professionalism, and “American made” quality. Tyler did a great job of answering all our questions. A+ experience.

I recently had a fantastic experience shopping for a spa at Aqua Living Factory Outlet. The staff, especially Tyler, provided exceptional customer service. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect spa for my needs and made the whole experience enjoyable. The selection of spas was impressive, and the prices were unbeatable. I highly recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets to anyone in search of quality spas and top-notch service.

I would give zero stars if I could, do yourself a favor and buy a spa somewhere else. First. it took MONTHS to receive the spa. After about 18 months we noticed moisture around the base of the spa and noticed a crack in the spa. Reached out to the warranty folks, sent photos of the crack and other photos they requested and heard nothing. Called, left messages, nothing. Now I have this piece of garbage on my patio damaging the cool deck it’s on, rotting the posts for the gazebo it’s under making me angry every time I look at it. Glad we spent thousands of dollars for junk. If you didn’t know the underside and support is made of wood, not treated wood just plain old wood. And the screws holding it together look like drywall screws. Again don’t buy this spa save yourself a headache.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. The communication is great sometimes excessive but I can appreciate it from a service perspective. Sales tactics aren’t pushy but do your own research before hand and be informed prior to going.

I bought a jacuzzi from Tuff Spas factory closing sale 12/11/22. It came with 1 year labor warranty. The heater element went out on 11/3/23. I called the phone # on my invoice and was told they would not honor the labor warranty since they purchased the company from Tuff Spas. They said they only offer a 90 day labor warranty, which of course had expired. They said that I would have to hire a spa repair guy to come out and diagnose the spa, and then submit a claim to them with a picture of the invoice and parts needed. It would then take 7-10 days to ship the parts to me. It ended up being cheaper just to pay for the repairs out of pocket, since the spa repair guy said he would have to charge me $175 for both trips, and the part was $90.

If you are going to go through this manufactory, use the Mesa Store. Jeff is terrible at returning calls and NEVER gets back with any information. I am still waiting for about $1000 dollars in product, that Jeff failed to order.Still No cover after being told it was going to ship.. Also waiting for Jets that were ordered months ago, and now heater doesn't work...Do not buy from here, you get the run around on parts and service.UPDATE!!!!!Finally got the cover and had to drive to the MESA store to pick it up, but at least they finally got it to AZ...Now the Heater went out and they are playing games and not wanting to fix it.. Again DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Front of review at yelp pageyelp.to/ZlESBMQC87Continued-We kept calling back to find out when a tech was coming only to hear that they do their own scheduling and we would have to wait for them to call us. Mind you we were having to call them for these updates as customer service wasn't calling or updating us either. We finally received an email!!!! It was a general form to report our heater issue. We responded immediately describing the issue. Then we waited. This was all within the first 2 weeks of hottub ownership. It's now approximately the first week of February 2023. So we wait and call and email and beg for a tech to come out. Still we are trying to be happy with our hottub that we are sure is just set up improperly as surely this hottub couldn't be meant to perform this way. March 13th my husband's phone rings. It's a tech announcing he will be there the next day!!! The tech comes out and proclaims everything to be in working order... This is how this hottub is designed to perform. It doesn't heat to the proper temp. Can't hold heat for any decent length of time when it's only 60° degrees out, all seats other than the turbo seats have the pressure of a standard garden hose running, and only 1 turbo seat works at a time. Not to mention, no chemical kit that was purchased, no stairs that we purchased, and no lifetime cover that we were sold. Needless to say I wasn't happy. My husband and I were trying to figure out what to do as we sat in our "hottub" the night of March 16th or 17th. I was super unhappy and wanted to try to switch out or return our tub for a different model my husband was dreading and regretting the whole thing. Then in frustration my husband says"Maybe we should just try to live with it." As if on cue the whole tub shut off. We tried to turn it back on and nothing. Did we blow a fuse? We got out to investigate and smell smoke and burning. No breakers tripped. Not only is the tub on a dedicated circuit with a GFCI on that circuit, but there is a GFCI that comes on the hottub cord to prevent motors burning up and, oh ya, electrocution. The tub GFCI didn't trip meaning the house GFCI didn't trip. The GFCI and plug melted that are on the hottub cord and everything is fried. The bright moment is that according to our electrocution, luckily we weren't electrocuted during the event. So from delivery to time of death our hottub lasted 49 days, and tried to take us with it when it died. Needless to say we went back to customer service. It is now October 24th, 2023 we have offered upgrade to another model and pay the difference, accept discounts (prior to its death), discuss options, and find fixes, talk to management, and have generally bent over backwards. We have never received 1 single telephone call back, except for the tech the day before his arrival. Out of 30 plus emails texts and calls nothing. I went through the bank holding our loan and my credit card holder that I charged my initial $2000 with trying to get help without results. During that time LPI did send one email from their customer specialist. That promised she was going to hand walk us through resolution and get this all worked out. That was in m8d May of 2023. I responded to her email 3 separate occasions weeks apart, and never received an answer back or a call. I've offered to let them inspect it, I've asked for a refund and for them to just come pick it up. Surprise, again I've gotten no response. I am currently paying monthly on my loan and have a $ 9000 doorstop on my porch. So I guess you can guess my opinion on LPI/ Aqualiving. If you look anywhere but on their website for Aqualiving reviews, you will find all kinds of stories just like mine. You can also check out the Better Business Bureau. My only hope left is the AZ attorney general or a regular lawsuit. I can't even do small claims as it's over $5000.

Terrible Warranty: I have had my Catalina spa that I purchased from this place for 3 years. It looks like it is 20 years old. The sides are bowed out, the top control panel is foggy, looks awful. I have had some weird sticky stuff come out of the mushroom waterfall. They tried to tell me it was because of the chemicals I use, but that's bullshit. The cover is in tatters. Now they are telling me that the 5 year warranty on the structure and the shell are pro-rated, which it does not state in my paperwork, but they will argue with you to no end and do nothing. So basically the "warranty" you get is worthless, and the spa will start to fall apart at about the end of year 2.
