In 2013, I swore off Lexus...I promised myself, and anyone who cared to listen, that I would never purchase a Lexus.As a financial manager and a child from the family of Michigan's Big 3 automakers, l wanted to make a shift into something of prestige.The Lexus RX was may dream...Midnight Blue, I see her as I type these words.My scheduled visit to the dealership was a nightmare. I was not seen at my appointment, my appointment was shifted to another person. This guy, I'll say it, SUCKED!So, 10 years later...I'm on my journey to upgrade my driving experience, and after doing months of research I'd decided on a Mercedes -v- Range Rover.I purposed my unscheduled visits to review several other dealers to check out their vehicles...still comparing. Sooo...On a HOT, Arizona , Saturday morning I was on a mission...we were projecting to be at 110+ that day. AZ didn't disappoint. LolLexus Arrowhead, was the last of 7 dealerships I had visited that day. I was not planning to stop; as I mentioned before, I'd sworn them off...BUT WHAT THE HECK!!! I'm here right, why not? Besides, my driver wanted to look. Ok I meet the most professional personal, Ali Zaidi, in the lot. I was simply impressed that he was out in the heat meeting & greeting, when only one other dealership extended that warmth.Ali was THE ONLY SALESMAN that offered to bring cold water to the Lookie Lous...everyone is more than willing to extend that offer when you come inside. So salesy :(I was determined not to be sold, especially by a Lexus representative. But, he had me sold on his manner; willingness to redeem Lexus; and his genuine desire to help me. I was still trying hard to resist my love for the RX, but I left that parking lot knowing I would be driving a Lexus...I also knew I wanted Ali to be the one to introduce me to the Lexus experience. I had done my research on a few of their models as well.Ali provided his business card, and with the promise I would not be disappointed with Lexus...I purchased a Lexus NX 3 days later. He never sold himself, he talked about value, service, and style...all of which I was seeking in my next purchase.If Ali, was not my first contact at Lexus, I'm confident I would not be driving a Lexus today. Salesman are a dime a dozen, and I don't like being sold...I was in sales, and I never thought myself as a saleswoman, but a service professional with a personal touch. Maybe Ali can teach this...nah, perhaps leadership can seek other professionals with his skills & mindset. this is something that can't be taught.Ali is A1 in my book, and koodos to Arrowhead Lexus for recognizing such supreme talent...their team was amazing throughout the entire process. However, without Ali Zaidi, I would have NEVER owned the Lexus experienced. Lexus would have never known my business.I referred a friend who also purchased from Ali...this guy is amazing. They simply can't train them like this guy, it's something you're born with...a genuine heart to serve!THANKS ARROWHEAD LEXUS!!!Most importantly, thank you Mr. Zaidi, for extending your service to me. You promised I wouldn't be disappointed, and I am humbled to say "I wasn't". Truly, you deserve more than this review...GOD BLESS!!!

Navina and Tyler were AMAZING helping my son get his new car. Having been jerked around at a Kia dealership right before this, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help us get the deal done. They are part of the reason we will continue to only buy from Lexus! I highly recommend this dealership. This was our 2nd purchase with Navina and no where near our last!!!

Please continue to read through the reviews below and heed the advice to stay away. The deceptive practices that others detail in their reviews are similar to what I experienced most recently. Mine was service-related so I cannot speak for the sales aspect of this dealership, but I am done.

Deceptive practices. Asked for an oil change, told that it was $275 but that it included a complimentary inspection of the car. I asked the service person again, what would it cost for just an oil change. He said $175 but it wouldn’t include the complimentary inspection.I’m sorry if I’m confused here but complimentary usually means included?I won’t be coming back.

I bought my car at Camelback Lexus and had come to Arrowhead twice for maintenance. I think today was my last time doing that though, the last two times I visited for my 35k and 45k maintenance not only was it so expensive, it also feels like I have to justify my mileage usage to the service manager.Both times I got disbelief at the mileage I had put on my car, “whoa! 13,000 miles since March!” “What have you been doing?” Well Chris, I drive 45 miles one way to work, plus a side job where I have to drive to Scottsdale multiple times a month. So yeah…that adds up. I don’t think I need to explain that to service guy at Lexus though.Both times I was also shamed by him about how dirty my car was. “Wow she is diiiirttty! We will wash her up nice” Right, so you want me to wash it before you wash it for me? Then he pushes for me to do everything within that maintenance itemized list when I am perfectly capable of changing my own key fob battery for far less than 50 dollars.The experience I had at Camelback was so superior and even when buying the car didn’t feel like our sales guy was this pushy.

Tom Salem, my salesperson, was very informed and cordial. He managed to find EXACTLY the Lexus I wanted for me at EXACTLY the perfect price point. Couldn't be happier! (ps. the finance staff person was excellent and managed to put together the right package of added warranties as well.)

The dash screen to my Lexus stopped working. The service dept. charged me $250 to inspect the vehicle. Later in the afternoon I got a phone call from the service dept. stating they wanted another $250 for an additional hour of inspection because they hadn't found anything wrong. The service member stated if something was found to be wrong with the dash screen they wouldn't be able to fix it there anyway, and they usually send the dash screen to a specialty auto electronic business in the East Valley - that was "only available" to car dealerships. LIE. I found the specialty business with a simple goggle search - and they proceeded to fix the dash screen (internal components) for me. Essentially Arrowhead Lexus would've milked me for $500 for inspection fees knowing they could not fix the problem. They like to screw customers with overpricing - thinking we are idiots. Avoid their service dept. - unless you like over paying and getting ripped off.

I am in Peoria for a baseball tournament when I had car trouble. The Lexus dealership took excellent care of me! Colby and Rick are amazing. They gave me a loaner vehicle and repaired my car so I could drive back to California. I appreciate the customer service and amazing care ??

Arrowhead Lexus makes you feel welcomed. Service is fast without hassle. Chris, the service consultant, was very nice and helpful!! Can recommend this dealership for all your needs.

From I decided to buy a 2023 Lexus RX350h to I drove away my new car, I never met Amy Dudley. I was 2000 miles away in New York. But Amy was so helpful and super nice, she helped me to navigate the every turn perfectly. Thank you Amy!

My experience at Arrowhead Lexus was incredible, especially because of Nevena's great customer service and how she welcomed my family when we were there. She always kept us up to date on with our new car and when it would be ready for pickup. Nevena went out of he way with her welcoming personality and we truly thank her for helping us through the Lexus experience!

This dealership pulled a de facto bait and switch on me and utterly wasted my time. They also tried to tack on add-ons and fees that made no sense whatsoever and were a painfully obvious and contrived revenue scheme. I bought a car from a far better, straight-shooting lexus dealership in Tucson the very same day. Don’t expect to be well-treated as a savvy customer at Arrowhead Lexus.

I have NEVER been treated worst as a potential customer. I visited with the intention of driving off in a new Lexus. I was left in the middle of the parking lot for 10 minutes, 103 degrees, no shade, while the employee "went to find the car keys". When I returned to the showroom to tell them I was tired of waiting, there was no apology, just a get lost attitude. I not only will never revisit this dealer, I will consider any brand other than Lexus. They are certainly not in the business of selling cars, plus they apparently do not have the reputation to justify a decent inventory.

This is our 4th Lexus (first one purchased at this dealership) and our salesman, Dave, was exceptional! He was/is knowledgeable, efficient, patient and friendly!
