A little expensive. Nice merchandise, fairly clean and well organized. Friendly service is not found at this location and several items were priced wrong. This was very frustrating as I expected the price marked on the product.

LOVE the volume and variety of home decor they have. BUT It’s impossible to find employees to help you while you are shopping and if you do they seem bothered by you asking them questions. I’ve always had issues at checkout when attempting to use the coupons they send me through the perks program.

Great place to get a lot of stuff for your home. Buyer beware though, they do seem a bit expensive on pricing, so be sure to do your research. Otherwise, you need almost anything for the house you can get it here.

I have been to other home stores but I won't go here again. We asked a staff member where to find something and she seemed bothered we asked a question and answered us that they didn't carry it. I had seen it on the sale circular and found it myself when walking around. The store prices were much higher than other stores in the area. Found the same products elsewhere that were less expensive.

No discounts on holiday items yet. The craft stores all have discounts. Did not have the item I went to get even though online it said they had many in stock.

I normally shop at the Scottsdale location, super nice. I live now in Surprise and what a big difference when it comes to service. I called asking for this area carpet information provide by the store manager at the Scottsdale location and they argued with me asking me for additional numbers, clearly in the tag you could see there’s only 4 digits and the lady keep pushing me that I needed 6, she place me in hold and a guy name Edward came to the phone not big help either he kept arguing with me that he needed to check like 50 times just to see if they have it in stock, I replied well by the time you’re arguing with me on the phone complaining how many items you need to check you could had easily check your inventory he continue making smart remarks for the next ten minutes. I really do not know how this people even have a job in customers service when they can’t even help a customer willing to spend money. Bad for your business or maybe you guys have way too much money

Great selection of items, HOWEVER, no selection of available carts. The employees were using every single cart to put away items during my visit except for one-which had a lock on it. Had to push a locked cart around my whole trip, and every employee watched me struggle. No offers to replace it with one of their working carts or a basket. When checking out the check out employee didn’t provide any bags expect for one. I had to hand carry out several fragile items to my car. Couldn’t use the one cart available because it had a lock on it and wouldn’t go past the entry way. No assistance offered from any employees. They all seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Not to mention, at checkout the line was about ten people long and they had one checkout employee working. Will not be back to this location.

Have purchased a few times from this store in different cities. This location is horrible. Went to find outdoor chair cushions for my patio set. Looking at the options they have sale signs posted BOGO (buy one at regular price receive one half off). The signs are posted around the whole area/asiles of cushions. Thanks to my daughter who caught a sign on the end of an asile that the sale was only for certian patterns and colors. You must buy from the patterns posted on the sign and not just any of the cushions. I verified this with one of the ladies who was working there. So I changed the cushions I was going to purchase and found one that where a part of the sale. Bought the cushions and other items. I asked for my receipt at the register when I checked out to make sure the price was adjusted correctly. Was told everything is electronic and no receipt was available. When I got home and checked my email like I had thought the BOGO half off was not applied to my purchase. I called the store with no luck. Girl who answered the phone said I would need to bring them all back and do a refund then purchase them again. I told her I live an housr away and only come in once a twice a year. She said she couldnt help me. Asked for manager she said they dont have one. Contacted corporate customer service and they where not much help either I bought 10 cushons and when I got a response to my email they only wated to give me a $5 dollar back gift card. I sent a few emails back and fourth with them with not much luck. I also noticed once I got home the pillows had two different tag prices on them. Some where marked at $24.99 and others at $19.99 a few weeks later I took them all back to the store. I refuse to do business with a company that is shady with there sales making it difficult to purchase and even worse marking things with different prices and hoping customers don't notice and take advantage of them.

I didn't visit here, my wife did. She spoke highly of. Lots of merchandise, fair prices. She'll return. She's a thrift store junkie.
