I had a really disappointing experience at this AT&T store. I was given wrong information about trading in two phones for one. The girl who helped me even wrote down total credits I’d get for both phones ($700), so I trusted it. Later, I called AT&T to confirm before I commit, and they told me that’s not even possible. It felt like a bait-and-switch.
I went back the next day, and the girl who originally helped me wasn’t there. The service from the others was just bad. The staff had the driest personalities, zero energy, and looked like they didn’t want to be there. When I asked the manager to confirm the trade-in info, she just said, “Yeah, we can’t do two phones,” with no apology, no explanation, nothing. She didn’t care at all.
Do not go to this store. They’re unethical, and they will mess up your billing. Complete incompetence from start to finish.
If you want your stores to stop being empty, train your staff to actually know what they’re talking about and show some interest in helping people. The lack of motivation and basic customer service is unbelievable. After this experience, I’m seriously considering switching carriers.

Got here at 7:30pm and there were no lights on and the doors were locked. The door says they close at 8 and there was no sign on the door saying that they were closing early. It’s not a holiday either. I’m kinda confused because I called another store nearby to see if maybe they changed their hours and she said she wast sure but she hears that they close early pretty often. Really unfortunate considering some people work long hours and according to the nice lady from the other store, this is the only location I can bring my trade in device to since I got my new phone here.

July 3rd. Richmond was on his phone and going to the bathroom every five minutes while trying to help get me service with AT&T. I dismissed his unprofessional behavior because I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. He failed to honor the promotion he “promised” to get me and now I’m facing charges of $1300 because of his unprofessionalism, every time I followed up with him he would make excuses on why my promotion was not proven to be available to me. I’ve done everything I could when reaching him and still he is has the most difficult and unprofessional attitude when it comes to showing me any proof of my promotion that he promised when switching my services to AT&T. This store is also a third party store, I recommend not going here.
Avoid Richmond at all costs!

Halie was freakin amazing!!! She helped us with the upgrade and went over our best options for accessories, other devices pretty much anything we might have needed help with and more. Her customer service is wonderful. I seriously loved her so much.

So I went to this store to look at the size difference on an iPhone pro to a pro max. At first it was great Richmond the manger was nice and pulled up my account. After that it went some hill fast he changed my family plan with out asking and then quickly lied about it. We had to call loyalty to get it fixed. A 3 hour call, I went back while on hold and he was too busy to even help. Also while he was helping me i had a question about something and he cut me off and was so short. He lied when I asked about changing the plan and was just very dishonest. I would no star if I could

Literally every time I come during open hours nobody is here. This is the closest location to my home, next closest is an extra 10 minute drive it’s ridiculous. If you’re suppose to be open then have staff there or at least put up a note like seriously ridiculous.
