I visited the store on November 24 and worked with their GM, Melanie, who unethically upgraded my plan to the promotional offer of $20 per line with free iPhone 15s, all while reducing my monthly bill from $412 to $273. I say "unethically" because AT&T is now refusing to honor the $20 per line offer, even though the promotional poster is still displayed in the window. Since January, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue, calling and visiting the store multiple times.
Despite my efforts, my current bill has skyrocketed to $617, which is outrageous. To make matters worse, AT&T customer service reps have told me that I shouldn’t have gone to an “Authorized Retailer” because they apparently don’t know what they’re doing. What is the point of having AT&T branding on the store if corporate AT&T won’t stand by what happens inside their retail locations? I’ve since spoken with the new GM, Stephanie, who informed me that Melanie was fired due to the unethical upgrades she was performing. And now Stephanie is no longer there and the current GM there refuses to help me. If I could do - stars I would.
It’s been an exhausting three-month battle, and yet the sign for the $20 per line offer is still up on the building. I will be filing a corporate complaint along with a BBB complaint to escalate this matter.

Absolutely ridiculous at&t is horrible and unknowledgeable and makes no sense the leasing office agent who lives in my building told me when I moved in that at&t WiFi service was who she has and it is 35 dollars a month I inquired about this both on website and customer service on the 844 number and was told service is unavailable in my area yet leasing office staff who again is live one floor above me right now has their service on the 3rd floor yet I can not get it on the second floor at all and the agent even searches the third floor where the staff member lives and says its unavailable there too which is a lie also they (at&t) claim there is no 35 dollar plan which i have in writing from apartment staff who has it pays and says cheapest they offer is 55 a month plus modem rent fee and taxes I will blast this ridiculous information on every at&t. Review possible in Phoenix store or not I am disgusted period

Will never go here ever again!
This store is the closest one to our house so we would shop here frequently ~well we used to!!!
My husband and I recently went in to check our account and the store manager Melanie said we were duped by 3rd party Target employees and then referred to us as “those target people”. This manager Melanie stated our acct was in shambles and that the target guys messed our acct up so bad and Melanie went on and on which scared us as she just kept shaking her head and we had no idea what mess we got into. She kept complaining that she worked all day and was tired and all she wanted to do was go home and was visibly & verbally upset that she had to help us. Long story short the next day we called AT&T corporate in which their manager said our acct is fine nothing was wrong and Melanie the store manager was giving us false information. So water under the bridge…I took my daughter back in for a screen protector and Tyler was kind and helped us and we were on our way. We then received our new phones so I went in to get new screen protectors for both. The store was packed with people & Melanie saw me rolled her eyes at me and put her head down and mumbled “we’ll be right with you” so I walked to the back wall to look at product. She approached me I told her what I needed and she had only one that I wanted so we walked to the register. She stopped and said “I remember you you’re the target person” I shockingly said “yes I am the “target” person and we called AT&T and they said our acct was fine and you had told us it was a mess and a complete disaster for over 10 minutes” she then raised her voice and said “I’m refusing you service get out of my store NOW!!” And pointed to the door caused a HUGE scene and I was completely humiliated, embarrassed, shocked and blown away at how rude and unprofessional she was as I said nothing and just wanted to buy products. We will NEVER step foot here again she is completely unprofessional and has been to my husband and I from day one! We frequent this shopping center and this store has now lost a lot of business. She makes situations seem worse than they are and causes major anxiety that is uncalled for.

Avoid this location and go to a corporate store. The management is awful and from the looks of the inside of the store, I wouldn’t trust this location accessing my data, if they can’t secure their inventory, rude, employees complaining about their job. Rehire or close this location it’s useless.

Worst AT&T store! The manager Melanie, is very unprofessional, gave me wrong info several times, tried to give me wrong trade in amounts.. Stay away from this place!!

I returned my Phone to AT&T Lake Pleasant & Happy Valley Location, but apparently was not inputted into there system. I was charged a $410.00 for non-returned fee. I called customer service, which told me I have to talk to someone at the store. (I even had a emailed receipt) but had to deal with the store. I called and cannot get anyone to help. Kept getting a call center for overflow. I called multiple time over a period of time and never got anyone on the phone. Their customer service is a total joke, now I have to take time to go to the store to fix their mistake. AT&T Customer Service is non-existent, do not go to this store. BTW Stephine was the one that took my trade in which is supposably the store manager.

Melanie was an absolute angel. She not only got me to switch from T-Mobile but helped me get into a locked account. She’s AMAZING!!!!!

We were looking to upgrade our old iPhone and decided to do it in store instead of doing it online. Melanie greeted us with a smile the moment we walked in and helped us in picking up the one that we liked. She spent a great deal of amount in explaining all the upgrade options we have and even helped us to cancel a line that was lingering in our account.
She was extremely proficient in her work and more than that, she was very customer friendly. I wouldn’t mind visiting this center again and recommend other friends and family as well. Definitely a 5 star experience.

We worked with David to upgrade an iPhone. He was super patient and willing to answer all of our questions. He went through the different discounts and payment plans and continued to check on us while the phones were transferring information. He was super respectful of our time and the other people that came into the store. 10/10 ask for David.

A very bad experience I bought a box of earphones but the guy that sold it to me gave me an empty box the time I came in again I told him about it but all he did was take down my number and said he would contact me for a pair but never did.be aware of the short man with receding hair.
