A month after purchase review. Going to try to be thorough with this review and rate each aspect of the dealership. But main take away, pick another Audi dealership in the valley.
**Editing to remove a star since we are now 47 days removed from me purchasing my car and I have not received my new tags and the MVD shows no order has been put in on the plate order. Dealership is claiming it’s a backup from the CDK outage, which I could understand taking a little longer, but this is now excessive.
Sales:
4 stars. I worked with Jourdon on trading in a 2020 Jeep SRT for a 2022 Audi S5 Sportback. Jourdon was attentive and courteous through out the process. He did everything he could to help out and get me a fair deal on my trade. He was not pushy through the deal and most importantly he very kind to my wife and daughter. Unfortunately for me, once the sale closed Jourdon became pretty unresponsive to texts regarding the loan payoff and damaged rims. He eventually stopped responding all together.
Finance:
5 stars. I apologize for forgetting the gentleman’s name, but our finance guy was very nice. Not your typical finance manager trying to push every add-on or a $6000 extended warranty for everything under the sun that you don’t need. I explained the terms I was needing and he worked with me to try to sell an extended warranty at a fair price. He went so far as to offer the warranty for just above their costs. Ultimately I opted to go without the extended and he was understanding. I have no issues with the finance department.
The car itself: Here is where this review starts to fall apart. As a whole, the Audi S5 has been great to drive and I am mostly happy with my decision. I say mostly because there was one cumbersome issue. I originally took the car on a test drive and it rode fine from what I could tell. Unfortunately for me, the car did not have more than 15 miles worth of gas for the test drive (I was a drop in so I can forgive the car not having gas). Due to this I was not able to take the car on their normal test drive route which includes a small amount of highway driving. Max speed on the test drive I reached was ~50mph. The issue with this though was that once I owned the car and got to drive above 55mph, I noticed a vibration and nasty wind buffeting noise. After examining the wheels and trying to find something, I was able to finally spot a small bend in the face on the rear driver side rim. Virtually unnoticeable unless you caught the lighting just right or you knew exactly what you were looking for. I took the car to a local rim repair shop and after $725, I had FOUR bent rims repaired. Now I didn’t press for help from the dealership for this since I am aware that I purchased the car As-Is and I know they have no obligation to assist. My issue here though is with what I would call a poor inspection process by the dealership. I’m assuming they either didn’t really drive the car or they didn’t bother to check for bent rims since if you threw these wheels up on a wheel balancer it would have been apparent. Factor in the missing 5 lug bolt covers, it’s not a great look when boasting you have 120 check point inspection. Regardless, I have learned my lesson on what additionally to have checked by an independent shop. If purchasing a used car here, make sure you have it inspected at a third party shop and make sure that inspection is thorough.
A small side note to this and what certain made the situation feel worse was that it took just over 4 weeks for the loan on my trade in to be paid off. I am aware that due to funding, it can take some time for trade in loans to be paid off, but factoring the additional car payment I needed to make to avoid penalties, plus the $725 to make an “inspected” car safe, it was not the cheapest month in unnecessary car expenses.
Overall, I can’t recommend a person come to Audi Arrowhead.

This 5 star review is for Marisol. Sure, the dealership was nice and the rest of the staff was mostly nice, but this 5 star is for Marisol. If you go to buy a vehicle at this dealership, ask for her. You’ll thank me.
Throughout the entire shopping process, she was very kind, honest, and patient. She wasn’t pushy at all like some salespeople can be. On the purchase day, we needed to get the process done fast and she was literally running to get things done. Talk about hard work!!
Easy, honest, personable, hard worker. If I owned a dealership, I’d do everything I could to hire her.

The folks at Audi Peoria/Audi Arrowhead are excellent. As a repeat customer of Audi Peoria, I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the Service Staff, Managers and Technicians/Mechanics. The service department contact for this most recent visit in August 2024 was Allan. Great team of service advisors and master techs. Great to see Michael back in a leadership role. Appreciate the fast turnaround on regular maintenance. Special Thanks to Allan for coordination and communication. Appointments for service/maintenance are easily scheduled and Service Advisors keep customers apprised of status. Kudos to the General Manager for having an excellent staff and maintaining a business that is customer friendly. Recommended Dealership/Business! Thanks for the consistent Excellent Service and Customer Satisfaction.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE!! THEY WILL ATTACK YOUR WALLET!! After reading a lot of reviews here after I just got my car serviced (2018 Q3), it makes a lot of sense why I’m having such a bad experience. I brought my car in a week ago to do a 120k mile service. This service is very extensive replacing the engine oil, engine oil filter, spark plugs, cleaning engine housing, etc. They did not provide any video of an inspection or service due to a CONVENIENT blackout in their system. Shortly after getting my car back, 1 week, I received a very concerning oil pressure light on my car. Turns out the oil pressure connector had oil leaking through the connector tarnishing all the parts involved with the connector. After seeing the video of the part that’s ruined and doing research on this, I came to a lot of answers discussing it most likely was a user error by the technician. I tried to be cordial and explain to them that this is on them. They pushed back with a $980 ticket to fix what THEY messed up. It leads me to believe that they didn’t do the full 120k mile service because part of that service was inspecting the spare tire. I had a flat in that spare tire and used Fix a Flat to help me get to the tire shop, and I GUARANTEE that tire was never touched. They were also supposed to inspect my brake system that is STILL SQUEAKING after taking the car. I’ve never had an experience like this when Guy Hernandez was my service advisor. He was responsive on the phone, very nice, and unlike anyone I’ve talked to since he left. Now I have to pry in order to get updates or to get ANYONE on the phone.
I have not reached a honest resolution to this issue still.
