I did not have an appointment and came by for a big chip in my windshield. They took care of it right away and even fixed another tiny chip. I highly recommend this shop. Great customer service!!

Want to start with, he was always ready for my call. Which is amazing, nothing worse than a business you can’t get a hold of. Was super easy to schedule and they got me in and out way faster than I was ready for. I have a whole day I wasn’t planning on having. Thank you!!

Highly recommend for any glass needs Saxon did a great job and was a very nice guy. They’re not only called my insurance carrier and took care of the claim but the whole process was done within about four hours from my initial call.

I stumbled across this place searching for a place near me. I spoke with Saxton on Friday about repairing chipped windshield. He said to come in Saturday morning . Came in at 9:00 AM . He jumped right on repairing chipped windshield and actually fixed a chip I had not seen. $20 was the charge and I was on the road in 45 minutes. Great guy and great service. I’ll be recommending him to all my family. This is first time leaving a review but felt he definitely deserved 5 stars .

Went in because I had a chip on my windshield and was bugging me when driving in the morning. It was my first time doing a windshield repair but the shop owner Saxton was extremely friendly and walked me through the entire process. Even helped me with calling my insurance. Would highly recommend. Simplified my windshield repair and had it fixed next day.

I was greeted immediately when i got out of my car. I felt so welcomed! I came in to get a chip repaired on my windshield. Saxton got it done within 15 minutes on a Saturday. I was in the waiting room. The waiting room made me feel like i was at home. There was a tv and refreshments. The couches were so comfortable and the decor was touching. Saxton work was outstanding! The chip was fixed and i felt so relieved. Saxton took time out of his busy day to talk to me and educated me on the auto services that him and his team provided. The customer service level was above and beyond what i expected. I'm so glad i found this place and will be a life long customer!

Heartbroken! They replaced my windshield on my classic Toyota truck, in the process they scratched my paint in many areas. The chrome trim around the window is lifted at least 3/8" in multiple places. I asked the technician if he replaced the clips that hold down the trim and he told me it just glued down.(Not true). I would have had no issue paying additional to replace clips required. The trim was held down with tape around entire circumference of window. Also the glue is hanging out exposed in several areas. I've had this truck for over 20 years this will be the 4th windshield replace never had such bad work. I will have to pay a different technician to re install windshield. Damage to paint can't be fixed with any reimbursement.

Best customer service out there! Not only did they accommodate my schedule and do a fantastic job but they went above and beyond explaining any question I had. I also never talked to some "call center" associate trying to pump out jobs. The same people I talked to on the phone were the same people I saw at the shop.

I needed my back window replaced on my 2011 chevy equinox because it was vandalizing and i needed it replaced because it was raining i spoke to Von he have excellent customer service skills.We did a three way call with my car insurance company and he had my back window replaced the same day.I would seriuosly recommend them for any windshiel replacement.Thank you again Von for the great custome service experience.I will be referringfriensand family members if they need a windshield replacement.
