Waited in line for half an hour to buy a simple license plate bolt, then when it was my turn at the register, the cashier said to wait while he helped the next person in line! What the heck! Not going back there, apparently women are not important at this Autozone

Autozone is the only location here where the manager. The ones who get the parts they are out standing. They know exactly what customers need. Their hands-on professional friendly prices are great. But they care, they know what they're doing. This is the only autozone in the valley

The young kid working there is one of the most retarded person to work at auto zone. I went in for a water pump and a serpentine belt. He looks up the belt on the computer and adds it to cart, but goes back and gives me a completely different belt than what he charged me for. Then when I go back to exchange it, they refused to exchange it because the belt part number does not match the part number on the receipt. That is because he added it through the computer instead of scanning the belt itself when ringing it up. Now not only do I still have the wrong belt, but I also lost 50 dollars for the wrong!! Seriously I would assume he would’ve been able to tell the difference between the part number on and the numbers that is on the actual belt itself

People ( Staff ) are very Polite.
One Employee, Eric, very professional and Knowledgeable. Super helpful.
1 issue, need to hire some more help. Retail had 1 Employee and looked like, wholesale is in Back and only saw 1 Employee.
