I've been a long-time customer at this location, but recently, I had to visit twice to pick up parts. During both visits, I encountered similar situations that left me frustrated. The first time, while searching for parts, a gentleman told me that another store had the part in stock and suggested I drive 23 miles to get it. I explained that I was willing to wait for the part to be ordered, as it was only a $60 item, and I didn’t mind the wait. He seemed annoyed, gave me some attitude, but eventually placed the order.
The second time, I faced the same issue with a different gentleman. Once again, I expressed my willingness to wait and my reluctance to drive so far for the part, yet there was still resistance to ordering it. I don’t understand why it's an issue to order parts for a customer, especially when we’re willing to wait. After one more purchase to use my rewards points, I’ll be taking my business to O'Reilly’s.
On a positive note, there’s a taller, slightly older, skinnier gentleman and a female employee at the counter who is always incredibly pleasant and solutions-oriented. I appreciate their excellent customer service and wish every experience could be as positive as when those two are working.

Jerry O. the part sales manager is extremely rude and unwelcoming, i was super nice and made my purchase convenient by placing a mobile order and had an disgusting look on his face just because i walked in and he had to help me and had me my item that i had already ordered ahead. Super rude, bad look especially for a manager

Terrible customer service. I don’t know why Smokey even works there. The other older gentleman didn’t even know how to do a core replacement and the older lady has a bad attitude and the manager aint no help at all. Terrible customer service all around. Don’t waste your time at this store.

I went into this store needing to exchange wrong filters I was sold at a different AutoZone. When I walked in, the only person to offer to help me was one of the 2 females working. She was really nice and helped me find some clips as well. I exchanged the filters and went outside to change the engine filter. I was having a difficult time lining up the cover and getting it clipped shut. Several of the men that worked there were outside over a few minutes and looked right at me and not a single one of them offered to help me or asked if I needed help. The female employee that had helped me walked outside because she was going to help another customer and asked what was going on and if I needed help. She helped me again really quickly. I appreciate her help and her being so nice and quite honestly, I'm just disgusted with the men that work here. It's just bad manners and service to not offer help or ask if they could help if they see someone struggling with something. I've never had this problem at any other AutoZone I've been to. The people at the other Autozone's have always been helpful and asked if I needed help with whatever I'm there for and if I'm outside with my car. I won't be coming back to this location ever again.

Car would not start and needed a new battery. Technician came out and said the battery was fine and restarted the car. the next morning the car is completely dead. It was apparent the employees did not want to swap out a battery 1 hour from closing time. I had a mobile roadside assist and replace the battery and the car has been starting just fine. I will not be coming back.

Come in for a core return on a Friday morning and the older woman who's a manager with grey hair is beyond rude and disrespectful. I spend alot of money at parts stores and will make sure I avoid this one. I was gonna spend 5 600 atleast here today but will do elsewhere. Should avoid autozone altogether because of her, she's mean needs to be retrained especially in just being nice to others. U can't talk to people the way she talked to myself and other customers inside. That attitude and her mean comment's are not necessary and people shouldn't be mistreated or bullied by her.

Entered the store to buy a battery. waited 8 minutes to be helped. we were the only customers in the store. 1 guy asked if we needed help and pointed to the other guy on the phone. There were 4 employees, 3 of witch looked at us. finally a lady asked if we needed help. There are plenty of auto parts stores around. I don't need to put up with the ignorance and lack of customer care. I WON'T BE BACK !!!

Had a problem with my battery. Very nice young man named Mason was very friendly and helpful. Also, his Manager, didn’t get her name, was very helpful as well.

This location is listed as a spot to recycle batteries. Last week, I dropped off my recyclable batteries and the employee looked dumbfounded. Yesterday, I dropped off a family member's batteries and a different employee wanted to toss them into the trash. When I asked why? He said, "we don't recycle batteries". When I pushed it, he asked the manager, who looked as if to say, "trash". I called today and was told that Autozone recycles batteries.
So which is it. You do or you don't?

Went to the mechanic air conditioner is not working Mechanic said no problems. It’s working fine drive away 10 minutes later. No air-conditioning engine light on went to AutoZone on 8396 union Hill Mason and Dion fixed my car. The battery cable was loose. It wasn’t even tightened. You could take it off with your hand. They’ve got that on my air conditioner is working fine Mechanic go to AutoZone
