I recently had a concerning situation with my Bubbles who had undergone a C-section and developed infected stitches. Dr. Moody at Banfield, though not the one who performed the surgery, went above and beyond to care for my baby. Her expertise and reassurance provided much-needed comfort during a stressful time. I'm grateful for Dr. Moody's exceptional care, and I continue to trust her with the well-being of all my pups.

Please be aware when you sign up and you pay into this organization, that they ARE NOT a shared network. They operate independently, do not properly communicate. And if you are a patient from one the other locations will despise you for not signing up with them.Agreed with the other posts all they care about is money. If you have an animal that just underwent surgery and you need a refill on their prescription. Please let it be known that they will not feel it whether you are no longer in that state or on the other side of the state you will have to go back to the original location to fill it!!!You know because they're there for the money. "The heck with your animals pain, the heck with your animals suffering, the heck with your animals recovery. I did not get the service fee I will not help your animal even though you're in the 'network' I will not fill an in network prescription because I did not get the money to make the diagnosis for the prescription even though the prescription is in the network."Please do your due diligence before choosing at least THIS location. All I can say is I I hope when these uncaring callus money hungry vets have their own personal medical emergency or that of somebody they love. That their medical provider that is supposed to be helping them treats them with the indignities and callousness and heartlessness that they treat their patients with!!!And I hope they read this and I hope in there times of weary and distraught that these words and what they have done burns into their memory..KARMA

Signed our pups up for a wellness plan here and pay a premium for it monthly. Was told very clearly by the lady who signed us up that the plan was inclusive and no fees would be do for any service. Time for a spay and turns out that was bait and switch information to get us to sign up. Pain meds and another required items are made available at a discount but not covered by the premium. I'll contact the attorney general and see what they say.

Banfield killed any more pets for the holidays, pet owners if you care about your baby take them to an veterinarian who cares about your pet, Banfield website claims Banfield cares, they pnly care about money, after taking my pet to them for 7 1/2 years not months, they refused to give my pet some fluids, for a measly $37 dollars, knowing that he had stop drinking and eating, for 3 days, Dr turn my pet away my pet knowing he now has jaundice, I ask them to add ithe payment to my account, they refused and said they need it now, so the Dr literally let me take my pet out of there without providing him any relief, Unfortunately my pet died after 3 days of taking him back pleading for help, when my pet died I received condolences from both emergency room hospital, NOT even a word from the killer's, even after i told them he died, not from corporate, so please don't take your pets there, rude, heartless, Money hungry killer's, don't know how they sleep ar night, knowing they could of help an pet, but refused to help for money,Money hungry people, your pet deserves to not be treated like a number, ,Banfield cares is a lie, Banfield cares only about money, I will post about the killer's hospital, until I get tired, no matter how many times I have posted, they still hide under the rock, that they hide under... KILLER'S,

This place likes to cancel appointments. I cancelled and rescheduled my appt online and they took it upon themselves to cancel my new appt. Having a sick pet and then cancelling these hard to get appointments is totally unacceptable. Do better.

Since COVID, the customer service has really been strained. For a routine wellness check up, you now have drop the animal off, everything becomes a "workin" in essence. Used to be a great place, not so much any more

Care here has gotten worse and worse over the last couple of years. They have to many patients and your animals do not get they care they deserve. You never get to sit down with the vet in a room. Rather, they warehouse your animals and then forget to call you back until they are almost closed. Recently, they botched a diagnosis on an ear infection and I am now paying an exorbitant amount of money to fix the issue elsewhere. They vets are nice, but they are overworked and cannot give attention to your animal when they see 30+ patients a day. Their wellness plan is also fairly worthless as a you can only get appointments 2 weeks plus our. Just save yourself the headache, get pet wellness insurance from another company and go anywhere else
