Bakery used to be grand and delicious. Especially the croissant glazed donuts. They use to be twice the size and quite filling. Now there less than 5 inches long and the price is $1.39 each up over 30% for half the size. Very disappointed on how cheap they became.... On a positive note the croissant donuts are still great tasting even for a mini....step it up bashas Chipotle did it after they started skimping there customers!

Do they ever fill products? Been coming for 3 days for something on sale. Same products up front and none are the ones I need. Its worth is just to get it somewhere where isn't not on sale.

I love Bashas this is the hometown hero. , it's been here longer than anybody else , I've seen in some an area called a taste of Arizona and it's either made or grown here , what's cool too , is Bashas has a tie with Winnie Ruth Judd a woman back in Arizona s barnstorming days , they looked after her ,when the state wouldn't . This is community from the start

My review is for the pharmacy. Walgreens was charging me $50 for a prescription and I found out that Bashas pharmacy would only charge $18. Not only are they cheaper but you actually get a live person when you call the pharmacy instead of having to go through the entire automated system and then proceed to be on hold for 10 minutes. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions here.

Still has a little of the local, neighborhood feel in a well stocked, easily accessible store. Particularly good for meats, both quality and pricing. Like anywhere else, you need to know your prices - and there are areas where the "new" CA ownership sneaks thru.

This place is criminal.
I had had a quick trip, took me about 10 minutes to do my shopping. They had a huge line and only one checkout stand open so I did self check out. For whatever reason the self checkout stand would not take any of my credit cards. One of the employees tried to suspend the sale and then bring the sale up at another register, but that failed to happen for whatever reason, so she re-rang it. It took me a half an hour just to pay.
The next day when we looked at our bank account, we had been charged twice for the same merchandise. I figured no big deal, things happen. When I went to the store to simply get a credit back for the first transaction, they denied it saying I would’ve had to have both receipts, but I was never even given a receipt for the first transaction as it told me it didn’t go through. I was very polite, but They were rude and snide, they told me to get a bank statement from my bank and bring that in and they would send that to the corporate office and then they might give me my money back. The real caveat here though, the woman who “Helped” me originally said that that self checkout stand had been doing this exact same thing for over a week off and on to 100 people or more. That’s what she said, so that means there are 100 or more people that were double charged and have almost no hope of getting their money back because Bashas’ does not care about their customers at all. They don’t care to be ethical, they don’t even care to be kind. I was very polite and the manager, and whoever was running the customer service counter were just awful. They treated me like I was trying to steal from them. When in fact, they are crooked, avoid this store, they are thieves.
