SUPER busy due to the great sale! ? I knew what I wanted so walked in, grabbed nine soaps and walked right to the line to check out. It was very organized. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

I have continued to get outstanding customer service at this location each time I order online for pickup. Everyone is very nice and friendly. My last visit resulted in getting 4 out of 6 items I had ordered but I did not realize it until I was home and the store was already closed. I went in to get it corrected and everyone helped to get it sorted out and make sure I received the two missing products. That kind of service ensures I’ll keep coming back to this location. Thank you to all the amazing associates at this store!

And noticed I had a $10 off $30+ coupon that I could apply to my purchase.I also noticed I had a rewards for 2 free items at or below $16.95.I never know I had soo many points and discounts under my email and number due to previous purchases.I saved a ton and was very happy with the amount I saved which was great….. because I was trying to sneak in and sneak out without spending a ton per usual ?Great customer service Chanen!!!Thank you!

This isn't my favorite bath and body works. I like the one at Phoenix spectrum Mall which was closed down because of a broken air conditioning. Unfortunately a lot closer and just a better all around experience.

The staff is always very welcoming and are always very helpful without being aggressive They allow you to browse and shop on your own but are close by when assistance is needed The cashier is very helpful with gift cards , coupons and sale items. I enjoy shopping here.

This is my go-to store for its great location, friendly and helpful staff, and great variety of products. My only critique is that for the past couple of years with their semi-annual sales, they hardly have any hand soaps to offer. It's all been bath/shower products and lotions that they always have an over-abundance of. I always jokingly complain to hubby during the semi-annual sales, asking him if we are the only people who washes their hands on a frequent and daily basis. Thankfully, I receive their periodic coupons in the mail to help me purchase hand soaps more affordably outside of their semi-annual sales.If you are looking for something specific and this location doesn't have it, there is another store inside of Arrowhead Towne Center literally across the street that you can try and vice versa. Having 2 stores located across the street from each other is one heck of a coincidence and a nice convenience for those who are up to making the trip.As long as this location remains open, I will be returning.

Lovely shop when you want to pamper yourself or a loved one they got just what you need Your body to be right For the men and the women youll find something awsome at Bath and Body works. Oh and the staff is soo friendly!
