Worst service i have ever had ! My battery was not a year old dropped it off on Thursday 11/2/2023 said they would test it and call . No call so I called on Saturday 11/4/2023 and gal said we charged it and it's good . I said you need to let it sit and see if it drains because I have charged numerous times . She said we will let it sit over night. So I stopped by today 11/6/2023 gentleman said yep it's dead you need a new one ! I said it's not a year old and he said let me see what the the warranty is ? he hit a couple keys on the key board and said sorry only 6 month warranty , you want another one ? I said no thank you ....The stock one that came with made it 3 years ! Our family has spent over a $1000 on batteries here and that was the last dollar from me.

The associate at the store was very courteous. They also accepted two RV batteries for disposal - no charge. Great experience.

Very disappointed,sold me the wrong battery, never even took it out of the box,brought it back the next day,& they won't exchange it or refund my money now I'm stuck with a battery I cannot use.

Went to get a new key fob. Ordered one and came back to have it set up. The man made me wait until he helped other customers then spent an hour trying to set up the fob only to tell me it was the wrong fob. Then said he had a new fob and tried it. Still didn't work. Ultimately he never got it programmed. Wasted 2 hours of my time and left without a new fob. Don't go here. Skip this and go to a professional if you need a new key fob programmed.

I recently purchased two brand new duracell AGM batteries approx. $500 from the mesa location in an emergency. I live in peoria and was told i can return the cores to any batteries plus as long as i have my phone number. i tried returning my cores to this location and was informed they couldn't give me my core $44 without the receipt. he advised i can jump through hoops by calling the mesa store and getting the receipt number at which point i told him that makes zero sense, and he kept the batteries. hire better employees that will do the work and not make customers go out of their way for what's rightfully theirs anyway. this occurred around 10AM on November 26th. dont trust what any employee tells you because apparently they dont have any idea what their policies are for franchises or otherwise. 1/5 stars, do not recommend simply for lack of customer service.

Bought a Duracell car battery in 2020 and 4 months later it went bad..They replaced it and today it failed again..Made it to the store for replacement when told there is no proration because they already replaced it once and it was 50.00 more than last time..Brought it home and it was deader than a door nail. So if you buy their product and it goes bad, they replace it once and when their product goes bad again in a short period or time it’s tough..Pay full price for a new, DEAD battery..Won’t do business there any longer…

Seb and Isaiah were great in helping me replace a bad automotive battery (Optima is not what it used to be) Their customer service is great and they were thorough and solving my problem creatively. I will definitely be going back and recommending their store. To corporate office/owner of the store make sure these guys have the tools they need to do their job. These guys represent the brand well, but need more tools (so they don't have to use the customers Leatherman)
