I reluctantly gave this branch one star.( only because that’s the only way to leave a review)My sister recently passed away, and she banked with BBVA. She was very happy with them.I went in to PNC this morning to close her account.I have never been treated so rudely, and disrespectfully.I would never bank here, and would suggest they get new staff, that knows how to conduct themselves in a professional manner, and put customer service first. Then went to another branch, and they were great.

If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. Ever since PNC took over BBVA, their customer service has been just horrible! First, they changed over my account and returned all my automatic bill pays saying there was no funds! I had plenty of funds to cover these bills! I went in, and all they would say is that they couldn’t see the transaction. Second, I HAVE BEEN DOWN THERE THREE TIMES, to close my accounts because I moved to chase due to their lack of service! Each time I went to PNC, I was told they closed my accounts! They even shredded my debit card! But after each visit, I am still getting account alerts and just got a bank statement today!why are they keeping my accounts open, even after I requested them to close them? This is absolutely ridiculous! Stay far away from this bank!!!! Their app is terrible and their customer service is just as bad!

I had accounts with BBVA Bank. The bank was purchased by PNC bank. I have called 4 separate times to get online access. When the customer service person is unable to help me I get transferred to another department where I am put on hold again. On the latest call, I have been on hold for an hour and thirty one minutes. I hate this bank and plan to close all my accounts with them.

The PNC acquisition of BBVA created an account with BBVA, in my name, for a whopping $20.68. After receiving a statem, I decided to go to a nearby BBVA branch and learn more about the account, learn of CD rates, and add a few thousand dollars to the account. I love my BMO Harris Bank, but a little elsewhere maybe would be a good idea.I arrived at 8:35, and was waiting in front of the BBVA branch when I heard a constant horn honking, like a security horn. After a bit I looked to my right and see a young man in a truck waving for me to roll down my window. Turns out that he wants me to move out of their parking lot while the open the bank. Okay, I'll move. I went to the Bashas lot and when I saw that everyone safely entered the bank, and locked the doors, I pulled back into my original parking space, it was now 8:53, the bank would open in 7 minutes.Next thing I know a woman sticks her head out of the door and proceeds to tell me that I was not to park there, "we told you once, already"!Not a pleasant remark, but rude and suggesting that I'm an idiot.I left and gave them my $20.68 and will never forget BBVA, and, never set foot in a branch ever again.

This bank has been very courteous helpful in all my dealings with them. This includes not only the usual banking services but when the account was compromised they handled everything taking alot of stress off me. The website has an extensive list of pages provided for every conceivable situation that I can think of. I am impressed and pleased with this bank.

Every time I attempt to log in my account is frozen. Nothing has changed and I'g getting sick and tired of having to go through the hassle of coming up with a new password.

Never go to this branch , i have account with them since 2007 at another branch . My mother , who is 80 years and on walker , her atm was messed up and she was on hold for more than few hours calling customer service . She decided to drive to this branch on Lake Pleasant with a friend. All the bank had to do was activate her card. The lady staff refused and asked her to call regular customer service , she cannot help , my mom called me from there to talk to them . I talked to the lady and same answer , i requested for manager , Louis (GM) there jumped on the phone and said "How many times we have to tell you to leave and call customer service, we cannot do anything at the branch , your mother was told that and she should leave now " wow. This GM Louis has a wrong job , he should not be there. Thanks

Worst bank ever. Very behind the times on technology (as in 15-20 years behind). You have to apply for credit cards in person. Not even over the phone works. Tried to do it over the phone, but their text message verification code system was broken. Very backwards bank. Avoid.

Worse bank to finance a car through!! They lost our titles when we first moved here to IN 2 years ago. They didn't even know they had a office in CA where the titles were "supposed to be coming from"! Morons!! They hold your check for 8-10 days for processing (per an employee), it took them over 20 days for them actually to cash the check, almost dinged my account because it was "late". Called me closer to day 25 to tell me they didn't receive check. Called my personal bank to cancel checks. Tried talking to collections to tell them they better not ding my account for their crappy process!! They hung up on me. Fought through automated system to get to a position to leave a message for them to call me back in an hour. Never received call. Called back a couple hours later and "magically" they deposited the checks! Checks (because unfortunately they have both of our loans on both trucks) were cancelled so I got the money back from my bank. Called back in to pay both truck payments. Got confirmation. Received a call on day 30 saying that my credit was going to be affected! Just received "my scheduled call" from a week ago today. Horrible company! They "supposedly" make notes on the account but they don't talk to any of the other "departments" or are they linked! ONE A** CHEEK DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER A** CHEEK IS DOING!! I do and I don't feel bad for yelling at multiple people because they are ALL SO STUPID AND IGNORANT IN ALL SITUATIONS!!
