Wes H. came to install our gorgeous new door today. I can't speak for the product yet (those videos on their website convinced me I made the right choice), but the service Wes gave was prompt, courteous & he re-keyed our doors to boot. I really appreciated his professionalism and I look forward to updating this review when I can speak for the door as well!

Wes came out and installed my new security door today. It's beautiful and exactly the look and level of security I needed for my house. He did a great job, explained how everything works and took the extra time to make everything look good.

Boss Security Screens did an amazing job on my moms house. My mom lives alone and wanted to feel more secure. The process was smooth from start to finish. Wes and David did an amazing job installing the doors and windows. Not only did they take their time to do it right, Wes did a great job explaining everything after they were done. I will be using Boss on my own house and I will definitely request Wes and David.

We had a huge front door installed Wes and Dave were our installers. The door is truly awesome. Wes worked magic in making it fit seamlessly and securely despite a glitch with the initial measurements. You know it's not the mistakes that matter but how we fix them. Make sure you get Wes.

I was shopping for a security screen door for some time and got some quotes from some of the other companies in town, but Boss Security Screens were by far the most reasonable. The CEO James even called me and told me about the company and how they were different than the rest. It did take some time to get, but it was worth the wait. Wes installed the door for us and took his time making sure it was done right. He said he installed doors like "how I would want it to be installed at my home", and I really appreciated that. Overall I'm happy with the service and product. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Not only did they take much longer to install than promised but the quality is not what they showed me when the sales rep came. These screens are flimsy and no way will they keep out the bad guys. Even bugs can get through them. Not the tough quality I was shown when I ordered.
