DO NOT bank here!! Went through the drive through ATM today and deposited $130.00 in cash, then immediately had my card returned with a receipt that said, “call this number to be sure your deposit went through.” Wow. So first checked my online banking and there was no record of the deposit, went inside the branch and every person I talked to in there could care less, very unprofessional. They tell me there’s nothing they can do and to call the number on the receipt. I call the number and finally get through to someone who says I need to file a CLAIM in order to get my money that I faithfully and stupidly deposited into their ATM. I have a bill that is due TODAY, that’s why I made the deposit, I can not afford to wait for a claim to go through in order to get my money. Do not bank here or use their ATMs. If something goes wrong you will get no help. Honestly it’s a joke and very disappointing that this would happen at a business like Chase and the way they handled it was even more ridiculous. I still have not received my $130.00 deposit as of now.

Very rude employees. They all have that "im better than you attitude."To open a new account you must make an appointment. That appointment is always a week away. Even though the bank was totally empty you still have to make an appointment. No other bank does that. The other banks are more than happy to get new customers. The "Customers always right" quote doesn't apply here.

Talk about terrible service:I should not have to tell anyone why I am banking if I’m not standing at a window while in line….The girl is rude and demanding I tell her why I am standing in line… I said I’m not here to see you!I am here to see a teller, she says I’m a teller!I said noShe got loud, I got louder she went in back by the tellers then everyone was was like it will be a few minutes we are busy. Then some lady comes up to me wearing jeans and says I have to calm down, and tell her why I’m there or leave!Wow what has this world come to????Threaten to call the police….Chase this branch is terrible

I have been with Chase for the past 30 years and I am a private client. A couple days ago I walk to this branch (not my usual one) to open a new account. This man, a personal banker looked like bothered because he had to stop looking at his phone.I received such a bad service, I accually left in the middle of the transaction, not pleased at all. I DO NOT RACCOMMAND THIS BRANCH AS LONG AS THIS GUY STILL WORKS THERE.

Had to have 2 different personnel 1 for depositing a check and another to close an account. Everyone that I use to work with are now gone and nothing but newbies. They're not very talkative about anything. Must be woke training that Chase is pushing.

Banker (left desk from the entrance) was incompetent and showed no interest in resolving the problem with the account that started accruing recently.

This branch has the worst customer service. I called just to schedule an appointment to open an account. The banker was very rude over the phone and didn't care or try to fix how he was. Then I got transferred to the female manager who was very nonchalant. She claimed she was going to talk the rude banker, but she was on his side. She basically sounded as if she didn't believe me. Im not saying all branches of chase are like this one, there are good ones. But as far as this location. Take your money to a different location.

*DISCLAIMER* This is a particular review during the Covid OVER panic shut down. It is now May 4, 2020. This Chase bank branch is ONLY OPEN FROM 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Talk about Banker's Hours! CHASE EXECUTIVES AND STOCK HOLDERS ARE USING THIS COVID panic response nonsense to cut their overhead (employee wages) and experiment with us sweaty masses to see just how limited they can keep their bank open and still squeeze their needed profit out and therefore keep their 3rd home in the Hamptons.

Called ahead of time to make sure a notary would be there. They said yes come on in. Arrived and no one greeted me. I sign in and sit down for 10 minutes. Nothing! Walked out as if I wasn't even there. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I might as well not gone in. Terrible customer service

I hated Chase before I relocated here from Pennsylvania still do. My husband and I go in to add him to a account I have first they make us make a appointment the next day. Then the next day we get BS by a guy named Dennis telling us after sitting with him for over 30 mins can't add my husband. Solution to overnight a debit card for my husband well that was 2 days ago still waiting. Worst bank!

There are not too many employees here as the bank is trying to downsize, but yet the ones remaining are helpful and courteous. They have a drive through banking service as well as an inside ATM and a monster ATM which is great if you know how to use it beforehand.

The employees here were so nice!! Even when I called before going in, the lady on the phone was so nice. And then the guy who assisted me and my sister was an 11/10. He was so awesome!!

This place is horrible! Waited 30 minutes just to do a deposit. The service was okay but do not recommend this place.
