My wife and I recently visited this branch for the first time and we were very impressed. We were immediately greeted by an associate, who made us feel welcome. The window teller who helped us was friendly, professional and efficient. She made us aware of available services, without being pushy. This will be our go-to branch in the future.

We had a notary issue that needed urgent attention, and DJ was an absolute lifesaver! He went above and beyond to help us out. Not only did he guide us through the process, but he also took care of everything – from printing, signing, and notarizing the documents, to communicating with corporate and ensuring the documents reached the right place. Throughout the entire process, DJ’s upbeat and friendly demeanor made the experience pleasant. We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

Terrible. Jonathan helped me to open my account last Saturday. He told I have pre-approved credit card. I said ok. But the card was not approved. He tried to convince me saying he is going to push it and I will get approval. But I do not want to go ahead so I asked him to cancel my credit card application.Today I received mail saying some discrepancy regarding ITIN and SSN and I need to call a number to sort it out.This is ridiculous. It means this guy Jonathan did not cancel my application. Instead he went ahead and push for it.

EXTREMELY RUDE people work here behind the counter. The woke guy was a total jerk and didn't want to do his job. The woke ladies were all rude and confrontational. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I went in for my mother who wants me as POA and we don’t live in the same state. I went in to find out what to do and as the bank agent spoke to me it was in the rudest tone and he spoke down to me as if he were chastising a child. I asked him to call my mother since he had her account pulled up on his screen and he refused. My mother is going to call them back again in her state. They had given her instructions for me to do in my state. Even if we weren’t understanding what the process was, I should have been treated with dignity rather than a man talking down to me like I’m beneath him. I guess he was upset about something and took it out on me. There was a customer in front of me who he skipped also and said he was busy with something else and couldn’t take them.

I will be closing my personal and business accounts due to the staff telling me they are understaffed on a weekend and can not open an account for my son. It is not my responsibility to staff your establishment. You wouldn't have jobs with out the customers. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The one banker they had is playing on his phone

Worst branch ever! I've never seen so many people busy doing nothing but yet won't give even a premier account holder the time of day. This branch has convinced me to move to a different bank entirely.

Will Pineda walked away with my ID and debit card! That’s very suspicious activity and now I DO NOT TRUST this chase branch. Customer service was only lukewarm, barely any smiles. The only one I got nice service from was the manager lady with the long blonde/brownish hair. She was super nice and I wish I knew her name. Other than that, this branch seems very subpar for a chase bank.

Made an appointment and received an email confirmation in regards of opening a business account. I arrived to my appointment to find that said appointment with Jonathan Martinez he was off for the day and no one available. I drove 30 min to this branch the teller did try to help me as the manager Wull Pineda could not step out at least to talk to me, very bad business and highlydisappointed...let me add another person was closing her account with chase, good choice.
