Absolutely the worst bank. Do not bank here. They automatically took 1055 dollars out of my checking out to pay a credit card that was already paid. Not only did they say my money will be back in my account in 7 business days and lie, it is now the 10th business day and I still do not have my money. Chase is stealing money from people of color and probably have been doing this for years. I am looking for a lawyer now to sue them because this is unacceptable.

Be careful they're putting hold on business checks deposited. If you own a business I would not recommend banking here. Or any senior citizen for that matter.

Come in as a paying customer, but get treated like a solicitor. Must be the new Chase way.

Worst customer service here. Said the policy changed for widows and widowers when it comes to documentation. This branch is so close to sun city and sun city west. I doubt that they ( elderly customers) want to deal with more paperwork after dealing with everything that comes with a funeral. If I have the death certificate (which I'm on and stated I'm the spouse) and the marriage certificate why wouldn't I be entitled to my husband's accounts/checks that are still coming in his name? So yes by changing this policy your making it harder for the spouses who don't want to deal with more paperwork than we already have. No remorse for the spouse or even the situation. I am and will be looking into changing my bank accounts. Even though this branch helped me alot after my spouse just passed away they no longer are customer friendly or helpful with these situations. And yes while my teller went to explain and she would print out the documents needed for this and also notarized, I know that process will make me responsible for all my husband's debt. So sorry I'm not signing that paperwork for someone who has been dead going on 2 yrs. I'd rather take my money else where who has better customer service because chase isn't what it used to be which is sad.

Chase is absolutely the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Their Customer Service line is a joke -- employees are rude & refuse to provide assistance in reaching a higher level to resolve an issue that is totally their fault!! You cannot escalate a complaint unless you apparently can walk to Siberia -- & even then they will be of no help I'm sure. They will not transfer you anywhere else for help nor provide any names, other phone numbers (than their NON-Customer Service joke line) nor even emails of higher ups. What are they afraid of??? Clearly they have many, many more dissatisfied people than just me. If you run an honest company, you would not be afraid to talk to your customers or even apologize for YOUR lying. They lied to me about an activation fee that I was assured would be waived if I accepted their offer of a credit card. As I relied on that lie I accepted their credit card. When I saw that they charged me a very high annual membership fee DESPITE the assurance that no fee would be charged, I contacted them to either waive the fee as had been promised before the card was issued or cancel the account -- I HAD NOT EVEN YET ACTIVATED THE CARD SO THERE WAS REALLY NO ACCOUNT TO BEGIN WITH -- WHICH THEY KNEW FROM LOOKING @ THE RECORD. No matter, I was told they would cancel the account but would notify the credit bureau who they said would lower my credit rating. WHAT??? I had not even activated the card & they want to ding my perfect credit because they lied to me???? How dare they when it was their lie that caused me to reject the card??! AGAIN -- IT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED BY ME WHEN I SAW THEIR SCAM MEMBERSHIP FEE. Don't go near them. I will be reporting them further to any banking authorities I can find. Ridiculous. They promise to have someone higher call you but that never happens -- just more & more lies & rude employees. WHAT A BUNCH OF THEIVING LIARS. AVOID CHASE BANK !!!!

This is the most welcoming Chase I've ever dealt with. It's not the closest to my home, but I'll go out of my way to go here instead.
