I am a chase customer and called this branch to ask if they exchange US dollar for Mexican pesos due to an upcoming trip and they hung up the call without letting me finish my sentence. Very rude of them. Tried calling several times and no answer.

I called 6 times for a important question about my business accountEvery time I get a rep at this location thay just hang upI have 2 business with chase And I'm starting to think twice if this is the right thing to go with.

Employee turned us away when trying to exchange a bill with the corner torn off. Assuming the employee was not incompetent, she basically didn't trust us as soon as she saw us. she had various methods of authentication available to her, and at no point offered to try and verify its authenticity. Please educate your employees on federal law regarding legal tender. Thank you.

Be careful they're putting hold on business checks deposited. If you own a business I would not recommend banking here. Or any senior citizen for that matter.

Luann the bank manager is incredibly rude and doesn't enforce bank policies. She arbitrarily makes up rules that don't comply with normal banking policies and procedures. We even confirmed the appropriate procedure with Chase Customer Service and by calling other banking institutions that we bank with to see if there is a major changing in banking procedures. There is not Luann is just a Karen. There are many other very nice Chase locations. I would go there even if this is the closest location for you.

Horrible! Do not go to this branch, especially if you are a small business owner. Trinell (Banker) & Luann (Manager) don’t know anything about business entities and were even suggesting I should try to change my EIN info with the IRS to open an account which is completely inaccurate. They were very rude and condescending. We were never loud or verbally abusive but they threatened that they would be filing a complaint about us because I asked for their names to file a complaint. About as unprofessional as you can get.

Worse chase I’ve ever been too. Very rude staff. The teller was rolling her eyes at me. I’ve been going to chase for 10 years and never been treated that way. Why do people have to be so mean ? ??????????

Called at 10:15am to check if there’s a notary on site and was told yes, but come in right away and we can help you now. I got there about 15 min later and talked to Tiffany who said there’s no one there. I explained the phone conversation I had and she said yeah come back after 3pm and basically kicked me out. So according to Tiffany right away means 5 hours later.

Awful wait times on Saturdays. Just need to withdraw some funds, not hang out at Chase for an hour. Management needs help !!!!

Ben helped me to open a new account. He was very polite, kind and attentive from the beginning till end. I hope to have this kind of service at every branch. The bank itself is clean and the tellers are friendly too. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.

Went there to separate accounts, employee continually made mistakes, had to switch accounts back and forth, she made another mistake and we had to start all over again. There for 1.5 hours, when we went to log in again the next day, we both had access to each other's accounts and one of our other accounts was completely gone. The appointment feature on the app keeps spinning and no one answers the phone. Unacceptable.

I've been a customer here many years.Both my business and personal accounts here. If I wasn't so busy I'd have MOVED accounts long ago.This bank is poorly managed, probably the worst, manager LouAnn is happy to run you off at drop of a hat.Justin Barcom was an Excellent banker that helped circumvent some items but she ran him off. Now they have a banker offsite.If you have a choice do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..

This is the worst branch ever! My husband and I stopped 3 times in less than 2 weeks, all 3 times we waited, twice we waited for 25-30 minutes, only to be told we could not be helped by a personal banker. I’m so disgusted with this bank we’re closing ALL of our accounts. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
