We were waiting on our family bundle deal Evelyn she was super helpful and knew exactly what coupon we needed she also provided us with free drink for the wait due to the spicy chicken not being ready for 10-15 minutes where we told her we would wait for. Super nice staff thank you to the cook as well (:

Lovely woman in the morning crew. Overall great staff & great tasting food. Absolutely no complaints came and dined in. I love church’s chicken. Thanks for serving us and very clean lobby & restrooms.

Another place that is seriously lacking good customer service!! Don't under why it's so difficult to get a simple order correct. I ordered a chicken tender meal with fries and Sprite with a corn on the cob on the side. After waiting for 5 minutes in the drive thru I get home to find the tenders and corn....... my receipt showed I was charged for the tenders, fries, drink combo and a corn on the cob but no fries. I called 4 times to let them know I didn't get my fries, phone rang at least 10 times, no answer. Apparently by reading the other reviews this place has a habit of overcharging. To bad, I used to like this place but they have definitely switched from caring about quality food and service to not caring AT ALL.

Usually their chicken is very juicy this time it was very dry as if it were standing out to long . It just didn't taste the same dry.

Honestly. The BEST BISCUITS in town! I have never tasted biscuits this delicious. I ordered additional biscuits to take home and freeze. They are so moist, with a delicious buttery glaze. Fantastic!

We went there after ordering online on a Friday night. $50 for a tenders family meal. Pull up in drive thru and they say no food and no refund. Wait, what?! Managers aren't there till monday...so I had to wait till Monday to get my money back. It was friday, and this wasn't just like $10. I had 2 teenagered employees yelling at me that they couldn't give me money or help me in any way. So, bye! It was great. So Churchs basically jacked my money over the weekend. Thankfully I had just gotten paid as a single mother and that was why I had the extra cash. If that was my only money for food for that night, I would've been SOL. Never, EVER come here as they don't see your money as valuable TO YOU. I went back on Monday and got my refund. Nothing extra for having to wait the weekend, or perhaps actually offering me what I had ordered wouldve been nice, but this place isn't that. I've lived in my home 14 years in this area and have come to Churchs. DONE. My 2 teens can deal with Popeyes cause that's where we drove after getting screwed here. Had a wonderful meal at literally half the price. They have an app with couponsss. The same thing too...just one tender less for half the price. Flabbergasted. Thatll be our new chicken stop. It's right around the corner so don't waste your money here. Absolutely do not order online from Churchs. It'll trap your money as team members can't deal with online refunds. And they wont compensate for your inconvenience. Will never be back. Thanks! No stars DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went through the drive thru. Employee rushed our order and did not let us finish (cut us off and told us to go to the window). Received my food but there was a hair baked in it. Never again.
