I recently visited the Circle K near my residence, and my experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome, and the treatment I received was unprofessional and unacceptable.
I chose to use the self-checkout since it was available but not being used by others. When I requested a tobacco product from the cashier, her response was filled with unnecessary attitude. She demanded to see my ID, which I had already taken out and presented. She scanned it and continued with the transaction, but things escalated when I noticed a price discrepancy. The item I scanned at the self-checkout showed a lower price than what was charged when she scanned it.
When I pointed this out, she brushed it off, saying, “Well, all I can do is scan. That’s it. You hid it from the scanner, so it didn’t scan for you.” I explained that the machine had scanned it correctly and showed the lower price, but she dismissed my concern, claiming it had scanned as a Twix.
After realizing I had forgotten my wallet in the car, I stepped outside to retrieve it. When I returned, I overheard the cashier talking about the situation to other customers, which was highly inappropriate. This made me feel singled out and humiliated, especially when I noticed other customers laughing as I walked back in.
I confronted the cashier, telling her it was unprofessional to discuss the situation with others, especially given the baseless accusation of stealing. She denied talking about it, but the behavior of those present indicated otherwise.
To make matters worse, a man I later learned was her husband inserted himself into the situation, aggressively confronting me. When I expressed my frustration, he told me to “shut it” and got in my face. I asked him to back off and questioned why he was even there, as his presence escalated the situation further. He then pushed me, which was both shocking and unacceptable.
At no point did the cashier attempt to de-escalate the situation, despite her partner’s inappropriate behavior on the premises. This lack of intervention and professionalism reflects poorly on the establishment.
I was assaulted during this incident, and I plan to press charges. Circle K needs to address this matter urgently, ensuring that employees and their acquaintances maintain professionalism and treat customers with respect.
To make matters even worse, after everything that happened, the cashier repeatedly told me, “Bye. I don’t care. Bye.” Her dismissive and uncaring attitude only added to the frustration and disrespect I experienced during this encounter.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I expect appropriate action to be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

Just received the most hostile experience ive ever encountered at this circle K which is my home circle K. I'm not sure of her name but she has purple hair. She literally had the one of the most hostile and unstable outburst I've ever witnessed. This lady is extremely unfit to work in customer service. I understand we all have bad days but me simply asking for a bag for my purchased items absolutely did not warrant such a temperamental reaction. She yelled profusely about how they are out of bags and how I need to learn to pay attention. This was by far one of the most rudest and disgusting encounters I've ever witnessed and been apart of. This lady absolutely does not need to be in any sort of customer service position. Again I do not know her name but I plan on finding out. She can easily be identified with her purple hair. Stay away from her.

Nicole is such a gem and she’s the reason I give this location 5 stars! She’s always so welcoming, helpful, kind and truly cares about all the customers and the quality of the store. She’s always cleaning and so engaging with everyone! I can’t say enough good things about her qualities and work ethic!!! Always smiling too. So refreshing to have a gas station worker who actually cares and shows it!

I went in to use the bathroom, and it was disgusting! There was urine over the entire seat, the cover for the toilet paper holder was missing, the sink was etched and graying, the floors were black with gunk. There was a random cardboard box with product wrappers from the store in it, a wrapper for a feminine product, and about 3 yards of tp stuffed into it.
As soon as I wiped the seat and sat down, the attendent (Nicole) rapped on the door and yelled at me to get out of "her restrooms" and that nobody was allowed in there. Probably because it was disgusting.
Never going back there for anything. Ever.
Avoid at all costs!

Nastiest bathroom I have ever been in. Things etched into the sink, toilet paper every where, a box filled with who knows what... store is nasty too. Employee was too busy talking about the blood clot in her leg to do her job. This place needs to be shut down.

Since moving to Arizona,from California I have had a great shopping experience at this store,I would like to give a special Thank you to the cashier named Nicole.
She was great in informing me of the specials on drinks and snacks,she is a very fun cashier and appeared to enjoy her job.
If there was a way to give more stars on this store I would definitely give it. I will definitely keep coming back ,I think she deserves a raise for keeping the customers laughing and energy is awesome every time I'm there when she is .

As a former circle Manager of 23 years I appreciate great employees and Nicole is one of them . Every time I come to this location it smells clean and her customer service is great !

Were is my pay check, got too check your self out . Two Cashiers standing with backs turned talking ignoring the customers. 10/9/2024 around 2pm maybe a little sooner. Maybe clean the store and help customers. Guess since there's self check out they expect you to do it your self.

The store is so dirty, fountain drink area has mounds of crushed ice, several drinks were sputtering out clear liquid, so the drink i picked didn't taste anything like diet Pepsi. Cashiers were standing around talking & not wally helping or changing out the fountain drinks. Not ever going back to this store. AVOID THIS STORE!!

What to go inside and pay for gas and both of the doors where locked with a sign on the door be back in 30 mins as well as other customers where wanting to do the same and the employee refused to open the door for us
