I've had good and terrible experiences here. Everyone is friendly, but you might leave with an awful haircut. For $50+, I would expect more consistency amongst stylists.

Kay is incredible! She is the only person I would go to for both cut and color. She takes her time and clearly possesses the ability to create relationships with her clients. There is no one I would recommend more.

The stylists at Color Me Bella are the best of the best! I recently have been getting my hair cut and colored with Kay and I couldn’t be happier. I have thick, coarse, wavy hair, not the easiest hair to work with and she has done amazing with the color. She also cut my hair so it’s a lot more manageable. I really appreciate her taking the time to listen to what I am wanting as far as my hair goes and is really knowledgeable about what products would be best for my specific hair. I 100% recommend going to Kay!

I don’t let just anybody touch my hair. In fact, since I was 7 years old, Kay is the 3rd stylist I’ve had. And WOW!!! Let me tell you, the attention to detail she puts in a haircut was amazing. Extremely friendly, thorough, made me feel confident with my hair. I would recommend Kay to ANYONE. I will never go to another stylist and so thankful to have found her.

Kay did such a fantastic job at coloring my hair for my wedding! Felt so beautiful and confident thanks to her. Not only did she do such a good job on the hair, but she was also so fun to talk to and be with while she was working. I highly recommend!!!

After being a loyal customer for 2.5 years, I always had to book 2 months in advance to be seen by Kaitlyn because they're always booked out. Then I had circumstances related to work and sickness and I couldn't make it to an appointment. I was told that ANOTHER stylist MIGHT be able to see me in a MONTH! Then I was put on a waiting list and I would receive a call that I could be squeezed in on a Saturday just for color and I had to leave wet. I thought I would make it but I was still sick and I called to cancel and they would act very casually when you cancel and never once shared their cancelation policy which shows how unprofessional the management is. I again called to reschedule and they told me YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS SALON ANY MORE and that I was taken off the scheduling system because it's inconvenient for the stylists!!!But they believe that it's convenient for customers that if they couldn't make it to an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance, they wouldn't be seen for another month or more! And instead of applying any sort of cancelation fees just like any reputable business would do, they decide to cancel their customers without prior notification or sharing their cancelation policy with their customers!!With all the uncertainties going onrelated to work, health and familyat this weird time, people should worry about their commitment with hair salons more than anything else from the standpoint of the owner of this place who would tell you that her stylists who work only 5 days aweek and cannot accommodate the different needs of customers, wouldn't be paid if a customer had to reschedule!! I've never heard of or seen any business that functions with such lack of professionality!!

If you cancel via THEIR messaging app they penalize you. Apparently clients are not allowed to have emergencies or reschedule. THEY canceled my last two appointments because they didn’t know how much time I needed for my hair. I was told the styles would call and schedule me. I never got in contact with the stylist because she was busy. I called to make an appointment and apparently you can’t be seen by certain stylists if you have cancellations. Mind you THEY canceled my last two.Not to mention I once was double booked and waited 30 minutes. They up the prices but treat you poorly.I’m so sick of how rude and disrespectful they are. The manager/owner has no people skills and lacks empathy.

The are rude and do not allow you to reschedule. If you reschedule they count it against you.

Maria was really excellent… she gave me a beautiful condition treatment and cut my hair beautifully…. She educated me on all the products she recommended for my hair … great experience will go back for sure … I made another appointment… she will be my hair fitness coach!

I've been coming here several months now and am happy I gave it a shot, ignored negative reviews and invested in the relationship with my stylist, Elizabeth. Her confidence was not obvious at first but, her training was there, she was (and still is) attentive and thorough. Not every stylist is comfortable cutting/styling shorter hair but Elizabeth has kept my longer pixie cut exactly how I like it, consistently shaping it to complement my head shape and personal style and I feel great at the end of each visit. I make a point of keeping a few of her cards on hand now because I routinely am asked who does my hair wherever I go. Happy to refer people to this elevated salon/day spa atmosphere. Everyone is professional, well trained and friendly. Every visit feels like a little indulgence to my day.

It’s a big shame to write this review because Sarah did amazing with my cut and color. However , the communication at this salon is non existent. I called to schedule a cut and color and confirmed that my 200 gift card from the Aveda website would work that I received for my birthday . After cut and color I went to pay for my $300 service and the owner tells me that they do not accept these gift cards… After informing her about the conversation when I called the owner went from the person who took the call was no longer working there to how they can’t do anything to me not knowing how to read the small print !! After this conversation she ended up charging my card 205 then states that this was a mistake and it’s really 250.( what if I did not have another form of Payment ?!) I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I am appalled of her behavior. When I asked what she can do for the confusion with her staff and the miscommunication she said she can’t do anything. Working in costumer service for so long I know that you should have gave some sort of discount or a complimentary service. Not give every excuse in the book. Very unprofessional. Sad to see these kind of owners are out there.
