Concentra Urgent Care provides occupational health services including injury care, testing, and exams. The staff is friendly, professional, and dedicated, going above and beyond to help. The process is very organized and prompt, with service provided quickly even with a full lobby. The front desk team is busy but maintains a friendly demeanor, acting as the first contact and powering the process. The facility is extremely clean. This location is noted as one of the better ones, where testing can be completed in a matter of minutes. Customers feel welcomed, well cared for, and highly recommend the center for its professionalism and great experience.
The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. I was checked in quickly and only waited about 15 min to be taken back for a drug test. The nurse that administered the test was clear and thorough with directions. She even took the time to ask a little bit about the opportunity I was being tested for.

Nice building, first time here , usually I have to go to lapcorps for drug testing. Staff was friendly and the process was quick , only 47 minutes on a Friday 👍🏿.
